Words of affirmation?

Do you have any words of affirmation you say to yourself after you've had a long picking session? I was doing well for about 2 days and today I had a bad relapse and now I feel like an ugly, disgusting failure. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm wondering if anyone has been in this situation and if so how you handled it.

I signed a housing contract July 31 last year through my company's name. They pay the deposit and realtor fees, but I pay rent and maintenance fees. The contract states that it's a 1 year lease, however according to the Housing Lease Protection Act it's legally considered a 2 year lease unless the tenant voluntarily decides to follow the contract timeline.

My current landlord wants to sell the unit and stated that it he finds a buyer before May 31 and they want to physically move in, I have to leave by July 31 this year. If I agree, is the landlord liable for compensation (for example moving/cleaning/realtor fees) since it's legally considered an early eviction with unjust cause?

So far there is no buyer yet and there is no dispute (yet) but I'm doing my homework in advance just in case push comes to shove. My company tends to side with the landlord in these kinds of disputes and the HR rep is a professional gaslighter. If the landlord says ABC the HR team just accepts it because "the landlord knows the law better than you" so I want to be able state my rights with confidence. I contacted the Seoul Global Center for legal counsel but I'd also like to know if anyone has firsthand experience.

It's never the left wrist. ALWAYS the right only. I want to know the science behind it. Is it a thing or am I a unicorn? I'm not looking for medical advice btw. I'm just curious.
