I’ve been parking here for three years and never seen them utilized for anything. I sent my brother this pic of the leaves changing and he starts asking questions about non leaf things. Can you believe his attitude? Now I have to figure out all this random stuff.

Costco optical experience today
I went with a friend to pick up her new glasses today and when they did the fitting they offered her the deal on a second pair where you get $50 off when you buy two, she declined but then when we were walking around the store she started having some serious regrets and decided she wanted to go take them up on it and they told her no it was too late. Is this a normal response in your opinion? They said best they could do is $25 off and it was a pretty bad experience for us… she had already picked out the second pair based on the fact the guy said he would still do the deal for her during the fitting. I’ve worked in retail so I know what kinds of things can happen in these situations, seems like a pretty easy fix to me (do a return, have her pay for them a second time with the second pair on the ticket, or just get a manager to make the adjustment, probably more solutions I haven’t even thought of). Kinda lame and now she has bad opinion of Costco, this being her first experience.
