Diagnosis 2016. I quit drinking alcohol and smoking almost two years ago next month. The supplements are doing the work. I've had to buy new clothes each season because they no longer fit my body. I feel like my own doplganger, when out in public. I'm often asked if I have cancer because I do not look like I used to. I smile more, look forward to opportunities and care about myself. 54 has never felt so good 😊. Thank you for listening to my TED talk. Feel free to ask me questions, inspire others and Keep Pedaling 🙏🏻
