Laser hair transplant clinics recommendations here in Dubai ?

Anyone can recommend reputable laser hair‑transplant clinics in Dubai?

I’ve been searching online and emailed a few clinics ten days ago, but none have replied. It’s odd that businesses here don’t respond to inquiries.

I’m looking for a treatment that is completely painless, I can’t tolerate pain and I’m uncomfortable with needles. Ideally it would be a laser procedure that can be completed in one or two days, allowing me to return to work quickly. I understand the hair‑growth phase may take a year, which is fine. I want to avoid low‑quality or scam clinics that have appeared recently, so I’m only interested in recommendations from people who have actually undergone the treatment and seen lasting results.

Thank you.

Which shipping provider are the free zone online e-commerce companies using here in Dubai?

Which shipping providers do free‑zone e‑commerce companies use in Dubai?

We have an Indian company that has been operating for almost 13 years, and we plan to register it in Dubai. Most of our products will be sourced from Vietnam and China, imported, and then sold online through our website. I need to know which licence to choose: the simple DED e‑trader licence or a free‑zone e‑commerce licence.

Will the choice of licence make a difference? I want to avoid costly changes later, so I’d like to get it right the first time.

For small e‑commerce stores in Dubai, how do you handle storage and shipping? Do owners typically store inventory at home and partner with a third‑party shipping agency that picks up orders from their doorstep, or is there another common approach?

How do we export all the sender's numbers from on our WhatsApp business account?

How can we export all sender numbers from our WhatsApp Business account?

Our business has been operating for nearly 12 years, and our WhatsApp number has been active for at least 10 years, accumulating more than 200,000 records. WhatsApp does not offer a way to export all sender numbers as a CSV file, which we need to add to our newsletter list and send discount coupons.

We don’t need the messages themselves, only the phone numbers in CSV format. I’ve tried using WhatsApp Web, but after two days it still won’t load the older messages; only the most recent 200–300 appear. On the phone, however, we can see data spanning six to eight years, exceeding 200,000 messages.

Is there a method to obtain a CSV export of all sender numbers? How can we accomplish this?

Can we get the new expo plate design for our existing cars?

So I was looking to change my plates to the expo design for all three of my cars, how do we get that because on the website it doesn't even show up.

Do we simply order online through some official channel or do we have to take all of the cars to RTA And ask them and then get it installed in front of them ?

Do we need any permission for 9 sqm space roof work in a villa ?

I own a villa that has a 3 m × 3 m opening in the basement roof, essentially an open space to the sky. From the parking area I can see directly into the basement, but I want to cover the opening with a roof so I can use the space for an extra car park.

I contacted my building management, and they told me I need a permit and should email Nakheel. I emailed Nakheel 25 days ago and have not received a response. I followed up five days later, but still no reply. I’m not sure why they say a permit is required yet no one is responding.

Has anyone any idea how to move forward?

The opening is a square, 3 m × 3 m, that needs a roof. I have already consulted a contractor, who suggested two options:

A steel structure, or

A cement structure, with support from the basement up to the roof height.

I saw on Reddit that structural changes under 100 sq ft may not require permission, but I prefer to comply with the law. My building management directed me to Nakheel, and despite contacting them twice, I have received no response. How do others handle this situation?

Problem with CapCut template on mobile - 3 issues !

I have been using CapCut for many years and absolutely love it, but I’ve run into a few issues that I hope experts can help resolve.

  • Desktop access to templates - I work with CapCut templates, replace the video, change the text, and export. I can’t find a way to open those templates on my PC, so I lack full control to edit the same template on the desktop.

  • Copying text‑layer styles – When a template contains multiple text layers, editing one layer does not automatically apply the same font, size, and style to the others. I have to adjust each layer individually, which is time‑consuming.

  • Custom fonts not showing – I have uploaded my own fonts to CapCut, but on mobile they never appear; only the preset default fonts are available.

  • Retaining audio when replacing videos – Replacing a placeholder video removes its audio. I would like an option to keep the audio, or a workaround that allows me to retain it.

  • Editing on the desktop – I prefer not to make these edits on my phone. If I could open all saved templates directly in the CapCut desktop app and edit them there, that would be ideal.

Can we buy special number plates from agents as well?

I've been buying number plates for my cars and bikes for the past four years, always through the RTA website. The certificate and the plate number are added to my profile immediately.

Recently, I've received many messages from agents claiming they can save me 40-50 % on the RTA fee. I'm not sure how legitimate this is.

If the discount is real, I would consider it, but I want to know whether anyone has actually purchased a plate through an agent at a price like 20,000 when the RTA website lists it at 40,000 AED.

Is it advisable to buydirectly from the RTA website or do agents really have those special pricing ?

Is it worth going for those expensive health insurance for family here in Dubai?

I've been getting quotes for health insurance for myself, my wife, and our son. The agents are quoting about 20,000–25,000 per year.

When I look at the Reddit threads, people say that even with expensive plans their claims get flagged for random reasons, and insurers are good at rejecting requests. That makes me wonder whether it’s worth paying for costly coverage at all.

Would it be better to go without insurance and pay out of pocket when something comes up? If we spend 25,000 a year only to face approval delays and extra bills, the expense doesn’t seem justified.

What do you think?

Anyone who built a warehouse office here in Dubai ?

Anyone who built a warehouse office here in Dubai ?
I have an idea of taking a small warehouse office around 1500-2000sq ft only and putting my office, YouTube studio and 2 cars inside the space.
Has anyone done something similar that I can visit and see to get some ideas of how the space has been used and then can decide whether to take on rent or buy the space.

I’ve been using the Sony A7S III and A7R V since they were released, and both cameras are running the latest firmware. Yet a persistent issue keeps causing me to lose a lot of footage.

I usually record video on memory slots 1 or 2, according to my settings. As soon as recording starts, it stops abruptly, and the screen flashes between 4K and 1080p, swapping frame rates. The only way to recover is to remove the battery, reinsert it, and restart the camera. This problem occurs on both bodies, even with the newest firmware, so it doesn’t seem to be an isolated defect.

The display continues to toggle aspect ratios and frame rates until I change the memory slot (e.g., to A or P) or power cycle the camera again. Has anyone experienced the same issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? Thank you.

I don't understand why companies here are so slow to act. We've been trying to disconnect one of our DU broadband connections for the past four months, but they still haven't done so and keep sending us bills. When I visited the small Dubai Hills office, they said the connection couldn't be closed, even though their website instructs customers to go to an official centre to cancel. At the centre they told me I must call a number to cancel, but the line just loops with endless waiting and no answer.

I run an ISP in India, and we close a customer's connection immediately after they request disconnection, without charging them and with a confirmation email. Our customers are satisfied with the process. I don't see why, in Dubai, even billion‑dollar companies make it so difficult and force customers to keep paying for services they no longer use. My app now shows four months of unpaid bills.

Horrible experience.

I'm looking for a ready‑to‑move studio mainly for parking. I need two side‑by‑side covered spaces for my bikes. Is it possible to ask the seller to provide two adjacent parking spots? If not, can we purchase an extra spot, and what is the typical charge for it?

I've checked online most of the agents said with studios normally only one parking will come but there are also many buildings where they will allow you to get one extra parking I'm not looking for a parking rental I need it for lifetime tagged to my studio directly

We have been using network international for the past 3 years but the services are extremely horrible. First, they charge a lot of transaction charges and the support is so bad that they don't even respond at all. They have held our 200k AED since last 10 days and even after constant emails there has been no response. So we are looking for some other change.

Can someone recommend something where they have good experience with and there is no issue with such holding times and has good support?
