normally i wouldn’t post this type of question as generally i’m a “Jane Birkin philosophy” girl - a bag is meant to be truly worn, imperfections and all! but i can’t lie, i was a tiny bit disappointed unwrapping my new bag today.

this is the Tory Burch Lee Radziwill large shoulder bag in olive. i’ve been wanting a LR bag for a while now and with their semi-annual sale, this bag was about half off. i found it in the middle of the night and it was literally sold out online and in stores, so it felt like fate!

however, when i opened the box it had this scratching all over the front. i don’t think i would mind as much if i personally had done the scratching somewhere down the line, but to have a brand new bag that’s still wrapped with scratching is a little annoying.

overall i do like the bag so it would be a small price to pay, but i feel like my chances of exchanging / going to customer service and getting any type of rectified option or anything is low. just curious on anyone else’s thoughts. 🫶

nail day = best day! i wanted darker aura nails (since my last set was light-colored) with a little extra something to top it off, and i’m obsessed with these 🥰

i went to my local outlet where an Ulta was recently built (pleasant surprise to see it there!), so i decided to stop in since i needed to restock on my fave Naturium products anyway. while unfortunately the items i needed were all out of stock (pain 😭), i scanned the store and came upon the clearance/sale section. it was a very small section but all yellow labels were 75% off. i didn’t see much but this full-sized Chloe perfume was hidden behind a few other boxes with a yellow label! i think the store must’ve either purged their Chloe collection or it was a return, but either way it was my lucky day!! 🤩 this still retails for full price on the Ulta site too.
