Hii, I need help with rescuing this baby, how long to wait till i can repot?

So I barely had it for a while and noticed something wrong , the soil it come it super dense and and too soggy for it and it start rotting, i cut off the soft part of bulb and pull every soft root out and cover them in charcoal powder, how long should I wait before repotting?, this is my first time doing this
I mix this pon myself with Akadama perlite pumice leca lava rocks and tiny bits of sphagnum moss and some slow release fertilizer. I live in south east asia

Is this bright indirect lights?

Hi it’s my first time moving some plant indoor, and I bought a few plants. I’m not sure if this count as bright indirect lights or I have to move everything next to the window?

I need help with these ping

Hello everyone I need suggestion. I have this small ping for a few months, it was sitting in east window, the substrate before was just pumice and some spec of moss. Now I changed them to lava/perlite/permice/ akadama soil. And it been stuck this way and doesn’t grow big. For the gigantea it just keep falling leaves 1 by 1. I don’t know what I did wrong
