READ, WORST SUB, TRYING TO GET THINGS CLARIFIED.

This is one of the worst subreddits I have seen, the only discussion going on this sub is "any update on JL", and as soon as they are getting jl , they are not even trying to help others, there are people who received jl and experienced people also but the people who didn't get JL or OL are the only ones active in this sub. All these greedy MFs.

Let's if I can get my doubts clarified now.

1.) after accepting OL, bgc is opened in the portal, do we have to fill them now to get the JL or after receiving the JL?

2.) should we upload all documents except set 3 documents and click submit documents?? Does the submit button come again while submitting the set 3 documents?

3.) what is IPA? Do we have to write that before getting JL?

4.) what if we don't have a birth certificate, what is the format of birth affidavit?

5.) I worked in NON-IT for 3 months and I have experience cum relieving letter , not sure if they updated end date, pf portal is down now, will it be a problem if there is no end date updated?

6.) should i mention this non-it work experience, in the experience section?

7.) are there any other documents we should keep handy, so it won't be a problem after getting JL?

8.) will my 3 months non IT experience become any problem??

I hope I get the answers, just trying one last time, hope someone helps me and also if there is anyone who uses Reddit more, dm me so I can ask my doubts and we talk about all this stuff.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP, PLEASE READ COMPLETLY, I BEG YOU

My 2-year-old nephew has never developed normal speech, and our family is very worried. We recently saw a doctor who told us that his brain was working normally till 1 year but now he doesn't seem to be processing language and communication normally and said that we should have took action earlier but we thought it was normal for a kid to develop speech (my mom said i started talking when i was 3+ years) and doctor recommended intensive therapy (around ₹45,000/month), but we were not given a clear diagnosis.

Here are his symptoms:

  • He does not respond to his name most of the time, although he does react to loud sounds or when someone shouts.
  • He makes good eye contact.
  • He does not say any meaningful words. He sometimes mumbles sounds like "mamama," but not to call or communicate with anyone.
  • When he wants something, he doesn't point or ask for it. Instead, he takes our hand and leads us to what he wants.
  • If we give him what he wants, he is immediately happy. If we don't, he cries very intensely until he gets it. The crying stops almost instantly (within a second) once he gets what he wanted.
  • He has never developed normal speech and has not lost any skills—he simply never started talking properly.
  • He clearly shows a wide range of emotions. He smiles, laughs, gets excited, feels shy around some people, blushes, becomes sad, and is very affectionate with family. He gets extremely happy when he sees his dad and jumps with excitement. He is also very energetic and active while playing. Emotionally, he doesn't seem "blank"

Some things that seem completely normal:

  • He is extremely active and loves running and playing.
  • He gets very excited when he sees his dad, smiles, jumps, and clearly shows happiness.
  • He recognizes family members and interacts with us in his own way.
  • He understands how to show us what he wants, even though he doesn't use words.

Other things we've noticed:

  • Feeding him is difficult. He often cries during meals, although he'll sometimes happily eat fast food or non-vegetarian food without crying.
  • He often wants a phone or TV. His mother sometimes puts on cartoons while doing household work because she can't play with him every minute. When the TV or phone is taken away, he cries. I'm not sure if this is just typical toddler behavior or related to his developmental issues.

At the moment, our biggest concerns are:

  1. He doesn't understand or respond to communication the way other children his age do.
  2. He cannot use words to communicate.
  3. He has very intense crying when he wants something, but calms down immediately once he gets it.

The therapy the doctor recommended costs around ₹45,000 per month, which is a very large amount for our family. We are willing to do whatever is best for him, but we're scared because we don't know whether this therapy is the right choice or if it's worth the cost. We also don't know how to judge whether the center is legitimate and providing evidence-based therapy. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What questions should we ask before committing, and how can we tell if a therapy program is genuine and appropriate for a child like him?

If I've forgotten any important details, I'll add them in the comments. Please feel free to ask me any questions that might help. I would really appreciate any advice or shared experiences from parents or medical professionals.

Please help, please atleast one person please read this, i hope Atleast one person read this and help me with this

I will try to make as short as possible.

We were in a 4 year relationship, basicaly our complete graduation we were in relationship.

She really really loved me and loved her a lot like I can't even explain. (I will explain about our love later, coming to main part)

After graduation we both were unemployed for 5 months and decided to join in a small non tech company, everything was going good, we can't meet in company because, her shift end is my shift start time, rarely overlapped.

One day it was holiday for her but I had my shift, on mrng of that day she said she don't think this can work anymore because of family.

Later that evening I found her with some guy💔

She already told me about this guy, that someone is trying to flirt with her and she told him that she have a boyfriend, I said I trust you and i believe there is nothing from your side so don't care about him let him be.

I was a dead man that evening, I can't believe the girl I loved for years, loved me for years was being with someone behind my back, after I saw her I asked where are you going she said shopping with family and that guy is uber.

She literally killed me with words like, she cannot deal with me anymore, and hate my family, I used to share every problem of my family with her and she talked like she was supportive. She doesn't think I will have any future and earn good money, she said I will be like this even after years. War of words happened between us that night, she said I will try to make this work but not right now, I said I will wait. I asked did you touched the guy, she said on my family I didn't touch him, we only been taking for 10 days.

She sad he was giving happy vibes and wanted to spend sometime.

After this incident we decided our relationship cannot work for "now", we decided to spend the last week happily and met daily and talked, even I asked her to stop talking with him, he never stoped and told me she is never going to stop and he is a good friend.

Then started the "no contact", but i stalked her and found something very disgusting, I call her and she said she is in relationship with him and I found they are getting physical (don't ask me how, I just got to know through some logins), I was really dead that day. She literally told me he is richer than you and i can't have future with you.

But now I have a high paying job, after she left , 2 months later I got this job but i didn't contact her.

Now coming to my problem, tbh I am feeling very jealous about her because the life i imagined with her, she is living my dream with someone else, she is living her life at fullest , and the guy is taller than me and 10x times richer than me, I just can't sleep knowing she is getting physical with him, how can someone heal from this, it's been 6 months, i don't know what to do, i guess may be their families know about their relationship.

She doesn't give a f*k about me, i cannot out grow them.

There is lot more story, but i guess no one will read more than this.

We were the favourite couple of our class, she really loved me ,like she didn't talk to anyone,i didn't talk with anyone just both of us , 24/7 and we don't even talk with our frnds just us, I used to be jealous and very possesive.

Now I can't Even look any my family and our situation after what she said, my life is completely fu*ed.

How can girls do this, why 4 years? Why intrest gone now? What about me?

Please someone give suggestions, it will be very helpful.

I had my interview on 25th April, I just got a document verification mail.

My doubt is that, I have 3 months experience in NON-IT, I absconded the company but they gave me a relieving letter cum experience letter.

I did not mention this in the application form before the interview because, it asked for any relevant experience, i thought this non it experience is irrelevant to tcs and skipped it.

Should i mention it or not? I have a salary account, pf, it was an mnc company.

Please please help.
