Hello. My alias is Dilate, but my music alias is named "Dilation Drama". I have been producing since 2016, yet I don't consider myself an expert since I'm inconsistent in between my releases. I can do a couple of genres, but what I'm aiming for at the moment is kawaii future bass. I currently have a project draft, but I'm not sure how to expand or continue on it. That's why I'm looking for a collaborator currently.

I had a phone screening last week because my resume got picked up by a recruiter from GenMil after I gave them my resume during a job fair. Now I had finished my initial interview and final interview yesterday and today subsequently.

The final interview was mostly a vibe check and asked me questions on how I'd handle stress and about my commute, etc.. In the end, the hiring manager said that he's ok with me and that I should ready my requirements (Not sure if I passed yet though).

Any thoughts on this company?

Apparently they are a manpower agency that will deploy me to Stradcom Corporation. I have a final interview with Stradcom tomorrow and if ever I get hired, I'll be assigned to LTO Las Pinas.

Has anyone here have experience with the agency, or Stradcom, or working at LTO in general?
