How do I get the muni day pass?

I’m going to be visiting san francisco next week and I’m trying to get a plan for how I’m going to get around. I downloaded the clipper app and made an account but don’t see anywhere to purchase day passes? Is there somewhere else I have to do it? The clipper website mentions a Muni day pass, that’s what I’m trying to get.

Questions about making classic black milk tea at home?

I’ve looked at older posts asking this same question, but none of them are specific enough. I need to know exactly how much tea I should be using (like how many teaspoons/tablespoons/ounces?) if I’m just making 1 serving. I saw a lot of people saying how much to use to make like, a gallon but I just need to know how much to use for a single serving. i also wonder if there’s a specific brand of assam tea that is known for being the best? I’m going to use assam tea since I’ve read that’s the kind boba shops usually use. I also don’t know if I should be using milk or half and half? I’ve seen so many different recipes, I really just want to make it as close to how it’s made in shops as I can!

Does anyone else do things out of order to make it feel like you’re going faster?

I know that sounds weird but I’ll explain. For example - I work retail, and any time we have to do inventory, I get a list of things to count. Instead of just counting things in the order they’re listed, I randomly jump from one thing to another that’s maybe 5 rows down, and continue like that until the page is done. If I try to go in order, I start to feel anxious because it feels like it’s taking too long. When I jump around the way I do, it’s hard to actually see how much there is left to do because there’s just random blank lines all out of order. I feel this kind of anxiety anytime it feels like I can’t do something fast enough. When I read, my brain just skims the page until I get to the end because I can’t focus without knowing how the page ends. It’s something I’ve always dealt with but never seen anyone else do so it makes me wonder if it’s like a neurodivergent thing or what.

Upped my dose of desipramine and felt great for 4 days and then it stopped

I went up to 200mg from 150mg last week, and I felt normal and like my old self again for 4 days. I was so happy! But then this morning I wake up and I’m completely emotionally blunted again. Does this mean it’s not working for me?

Are there stimulants that have a more gradual effect instead of hitting you all at once?

Modafinil and wellbutrin made me insanely anxious, but desipramine works fine for me. Unfortunately i’m at the max dose for it though and it’s not helping enough, so I want to talk to my psych about stimulants. But I’m not sure if there’s a certain kind that would be better for someone like me? Maybe taking a longer acting one would be good?

what is the max dose of desipramine?

I’ve been taking 200mg but am considering asking my psychiatrist if I can go higher. I haven’t seen any posts though of people saying they’re taking a dose higher than that, so I don’t know if that’s just something that isn’t recommended? Desipramine has been the only thing to actually help me, stimulants all just gave me extreme anxiety, and antipsychotics had no effect at all. After a week on 200mg of desipramine though, I feel so much closer to actually feeling like myself again. It just seems like I haven’t hit my sweet spot.

I tried 300gsm and the printer wouldn’t take it, so I’m going to order a different kind but I want to make sure I get one that will actually work for this!

I tried the mini pill and this happened, now I have the IUD and it’s happening again. My gyno actually suggested I get the IUD so that this would stop. But for the past 3 months I’ve gotten a period every 2 weeks. Is there anything I can do to make this stop? I really don’t understand why this keeps happening.

I live in washington. I was so confused I just said okay and left but now I’ve gone online to see why I can’t buy my medicine and google said that’s only a thing if the medicine is on their formulary, you’re required to use the insurance to pay for it. She told me they aren’t covering it?? But if I can’t buy it that means they are?? So is she just wrong?? That makes absolutely no sense that I couldn’t pay out of pocket for it if medicaid won’t cover it? The medication is desvenlafaxine, I’ve been taking it for 2 years and they’ve covered it this whole time, but now out of nowhere I’m having problems. I thought they were required to put out a notice if they were going to stop covering specific medications?
