No option to import .srt files into the import transcript file selector

I have absolutely no idea if i'm missing something glaringly obvious. I had exported an srt. for a colleague to grammar/spell check directly from prem and there have been a few changes made. I thought i'd be able to import it back in, but the .srt file is completely greyed out in the file browser. I can't even import the original .srt file.

I also tried exporting it as a .txt file to see if that worked but no luck. Any idea if i'm missing anything obvious? TIA

Heating keeps coming on and then off 30 seconds later

Hi all, we’ve woken up this morning and our boiler keeps clicking on the heating, running for 30 or so seconds and then turning off. We obviously don’t have the heating on at the moment so unsure why it would be doing this. It’s an ideal vogue max 32.

We’ve switched the thermostat on and off again and that did nothing, it’s continuing to come on and off. Any ideas what would be causing this?

Will phone our plumber once it’s a reasonable time!

Anyone remember an Asian lunch place that used to be in the city centre in 2016/17?

If I remember correctly it was a lunch place that did mostly(?) Asian food, like soups and gyozas etc. I feel like it was on Gordon street but the building I thought it was in was where “Eat” was and it definitely wasn’t it (unless I am hallucinating). Any ideas? I feel like it had yellow branding… unless I have absolutely made this up. It had an upstairs bit where you could sit and watch the world go by.

Best way to replaster old 1900’s brick?

For reference, this is our entrance vestibule which has had some damp issues. Took it back to the plaster in January and let it breathe since. Although the wall looks damp it’s not.

We took it back to brick in the corner as that *was* blown and was falling to bits. We’ve had the render resealed on the outside of the house and a pretty decent hole in the gutters repaired too so hoping that’s the issue solved.

Unsure whether our best course of action would be to remove any further plaster and redo it with something breathable to stop any moisture in the future, or just patch up as is. We’re planning on panelling and popping wallpaper on but I’m sure we need to do something before this.

Any suggestions welcome! Tia.
