Is it ok to degraft right now during the summer here in California? Or should I wait for next spring. Original stock graft I believe gave all it could in keeping the copiapoa growing.

Los Angeles : what’s a good Arabian /dubai “inspired”cologne store that I can test before blind buying
I’ve recently bought colognes from jomas shop and basically blind buying these “dupes” so far I’ve liked all three that I bought. Marwa, Maison dxb, rayhaan aquatica. But now my lady wants to get some as well and we are looking for a spot that sells them so we won’t be blind buying and taking social medias world for it. Any recommendations on stores to test out? Ive had this one for close to a year and I haven’t seen any new growth or it hasn’t flowered at all , its peak of spring here, haven’t changed substrate or anything since I bought it this way. Any ideas or help? It doesn’t feel squishy .
