Something I'm working on

I'm working on customized sets of keycaps for Elektron boxes. This is the first batch - it looks brighter in the video than it does in real life, actually, but I think that with some adjustments it will look cool. Plus, no more sticky caps!

I've designed a double Elektron box desktop stand!

I've always wanted my Digitakt and my Digitone to be stacked on top of each other in my studio, but double stands are very pricey online - So, I made one myself!

It's a solid one piece stand, that uses the VESA mounts to secure them safely. The top box is secured by the bottom row of VESA mounts due to 3D printing constraints (there's a size limit for single-piece prints), but it's super sturdy.

If you're looking for a double stand yourself, I've teamed up with a local 3D printing shop to make it available to everyone - you can get it here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4509236597/dual-elektron-box-vesa-desktop-stand

And it's the cheapest one on Etsy right now!

Obrigado!

Do you use a MIDI controller to control your SP404 MK2? How?

The SP is a powerhouse but it has so many hidden features and combos. I've been thinking if a MIDI controller would be a good way to unlock its full potential - if you do, can you share your setup?

Humidade talvez?

How do you get around not being able to mute single pads in the EP133?

It's weird enough that we can only solo groups (requires way more fingers than it would if there was a mute feature), but not being able to mute pads in a live situation seems to be a great oversight.

I know I can create patterns with different elements, but that requires remembering the codes for the different possibilities. Is that the only workaround?

I've made a Stand and Tablet holder for the SP404!

I've designed a desktop stand and tablet support for the SP404 MK2.

It can be used as a normal stand for better ergonomics, and you can also place your phone or tablet on the slot, which is perfect for a Koala Sampler setup, or to control any other apps!

I've joined forces with a local 3D printing shop to make it available to everyone who wants it, so if you like what you see, here's the Etsy link for more info: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4499252039/roland-sp-404-mk2-stand-tabletphone

A couple of weeks ago I posted here about a SP404 stand and mobile device holder all-in-one I was designing. Some of you asked about buying it, but at the time it was just a rough prototype, so it wasn't ready.

I've redesigned it to be more secure, streamlined and appealing to the eye, and here is the final result!
