tried a BASS VI finally!

this shop in Nashville has guitars valued at $15k and UP. They just let you pick the guitar up and try it out, so fkn sick.

Definitely go to this place, but also respect the property pls 😬 - https://cartervintage.com/

Recent Helix LT selling experience

Hey guys, just wanted to bring up something that might seem unusual.

Recently I tried listing my Helix LT on this sub and got some Guitar Center employees in my DMs trying to get me to bring it to them for store credit (about $250).

They offered me some kinda discount on a different modeler too, given I provide them my business.

I denied, at which point they also commented on my post saying I was asking for too much ($600).

I think a couple commenters piled on too, not sure why.

Personally, I don’t really care what someone’s asking prices are for used hardware, unless I intended on buying the product….I think these noble peeps just wanted to police any potential greediness by my part? Thats probably it.

Anyways, just sold the pedalboard for asking price and wanted to reassure anyone who ends up in a similar scenario: Reddit opinions can be kinda loud but at the end of the day, they are just fellow guys on the internet, with a little too much time on their hands.

Apparently, they are sometimes Guitar Center employees trying to bury your post!

Who knew? Well now you do.

Tldr; echo chambers can be gamified.
