With One Plus being gone in the U.S., thinking of switching over to Samsung, wondering what everybody's thoughts are. I believe there are rumors that it will incorporate silicon carbide into the batteries, which is my main benefit with One Plus.

I heard that AAFP has a salary worth calculator. Is there anything similar to this for hospitalist physicians? The new grads coming out are understandably unaware and getting seriously take advantage of. For example if one steps outside and looks at other salaries, not even physician salaries, the pay difference is not as great as you may think. Hospitalists, physicians need to come together to show their worth. They are truly the backbone of the hospital.
