Hello my am6 had 4 bar compression and doesn’t run
I’ve cleaned base
Installed gaskets
Wet test same bar
New piston cylinder everything
Gencod parts
Oily head
Took off head 4 times

Flush
Use your thin petrol + 2T oil mix. Rotate the crank slowly while flushing so it drags debris out of the bearings.
Drain completely
Tip it every direction and keep rotating until nothing more comes out.
Air (carefully)
If you use compressed air, don’t blast directly into the bearings. Just use it to help push liquid out of cavities and the crank area. Short bursts only.
Oil (this is the important part you’re missing slightly)
Don’t just “oil and assemble.” Flood the crank area with fresh 2T oil and rotate the crank a lot so it fully coats the bearings. You want a wet, slippery film everywhere.
Assemble
Only when the crank spins smoothly and feels consistent all the way around.

I got a am6 that died of coolant in crankcase I already put it upside down and flushed it with gas and 2t oil

Engine overheated (“got too warm”)
Bike eventually completely died
I later found coolant missing from the system
Green, clear fluid found in crankcase (~small amount, ~100–200 mL range)
Fluid smelled mostly like gasoline but slightly sweet
Fuel tap was left on at some point
Engine had repeated hydrolock (kickstarter locked, then freed, then locked again)
Cylinder was rusty
Spark plug was rusty
Cylinder crown: black piston with a gold/brown center spot
Compression ~6 bar (very low)
Cylinder head is warped / wobbles
Head gasket looked visually OK
Base gasket was black, soft, deteriorating, falling apart
No obvious external coolant leaks
Gearbox oil currently looks fine (not milky)
Previous owner said water pump + seals were replaced ~2–3 years ago
