On the bench with an unwritten exit date (60-day official notice). How to handle recruiters and HR?

Hey folks, need some quick advice.

Current Situation:

* Official Notice Period: 60 days

* Bench Policy: Max 2 months (15 days already gone).

* The Catch: I was verbally told my exit date is the end of September if I don't find a project, but HR won't give anything in writing. There are zero internal openings for my tech stack.

The Problem:

* Recruiters are calling, but they immediately drop out when I mention a 60-day notice.

* They won't accept an "oral bench exit date" without an official resignation email or Last Working Day (LWD) proof.

* I don't want to resign blindly without an offer in hand.

Need your inputs on:

* How do I convince recruiters about early release without an official LWD in hand?

* What specific things can I ask my current HR right now to get clarity on early release or notice buyout?

* Anyone who faced a similar bench crunch—how did you navigate this?

Thanks in advance!

NP3 - Bluetooth connectivity - 🐌 slow

Bluetooth reconnect feels slow. My 3–4-year-old Realme 10 connects to the same earphones instantly, but this phone takes a few seconds. Is this normal?

I have to open the bluetooth device list and connect manually everytime.

Gynecologist suggestions - Chennai - Tnagar, saidapet

Hi everyone,

My wife and I have been trying to conceive for the past 1.5 years, and we've decided it's time to consult a gynecologist to understand the possible reasons and get the right guidance.

Could you please recommend a good gynecologist or fertility specialist in or around Saidapet, T. Nagar, or nearby areas in Chennai? We'd really appreciate recommendations based on your personal experience, especially if the doctor is patient, explains things well, and doesn't rush into unnecessary treatments.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

Recently bought nothing 3 - 42k INR amz

Verified the serial number - Not activated - no worries

It's been 15 days.

Explored the glyph matrix with some of the apps.

SOT is 6 hrs. 90% to 10%

Okay with the camera. Telephoto is the best, Since I always edit before posting.

Just wanted to know,

How to use essential key helpful. I know how it works but I don't know how to create ToDo.

How you guys using essential key ?

Overall I'm happy with the phone. If I got this phone size 6.3" it would be great. I love compact phones , due to recent price hikes in India, bought this one.

It's snappy but not finding anything special.

Also post your usefull glyph, essential app widgets ( using age motion to get anxiety 🫪) and best charger link to get the full charging speed. It the charger price is cheaper that nothing gan charger drop here.

That's it :)
