I never coded more than a "if then" fonction in excel. I work with 3 customers and would like to have a custom color per layer/customer. ChatGPT was very cagey about flashing a custom firmware, he is now telling me to query the aliexpress vendor for QMK source code with this communication:

I thought maybe a kind redditor could guide me from there? Maybe, just confirming im not on my way to brick my numpad? Thank you

I just preordered the Ultra 2 and considering going without a case. Does it mark easily when knocking it against door frames and what not? Maybe the dial takes the hit but the screen stays ok?

Im coming from the watch 7, and used a case with it. But with the abysmal exchange value (35CAD) for my 7, I would be ok if the dial or watch body gets dingned a bit.

I would like your experience with caseless Ultra Watch uses. Thanks

Used a contact frame for the cpu

1st, I get a RAM error red light when I reboot. I can cold boot though. Annoying, but no biggie. But during a nightly torenting, I lost the internet. Tried ethernet, WIFI, hotspot from phone, and tethering from my phone as well. Gemini says the network card is not fried, because, I can access my emby server locally (never installed remote connections)
I tried loosening my contact frame and tower cooler yesterday, still no internet possible.

What can I try next? Parts to replace, or buy? Thank you

At: house bought a few years ago

A few months ago, I was playing cards at a friends's house and decided to fudge around by taking control of his bluetooth speakers to play my music. While looking for it, I find a Pyle option to connec to. I give it a try, and boom! My friend gets to hears his ceiling's speaker for the 1st time. Ha cant see them with Apple phone.

Fastforward to now, I squat his house while he is on vacation. I fireup Zorin OS on an old 6th intel gen laotop to have my pc needs met. While trying to connect my bluetooth speaker, there I find Pyle again

tl:dr. So Linux, with old hardware, can connect to house in-ceiling bluetooth speakers while latest Apple phone cant
