Affordable but nice cities to move to in florida?

I currently live in san antonio, TX but my husband and I have no family here, and since we now have a 2 year old son we want to move where we have a lot of family, but they happen to live in the most expensive cities: Miami and Palm beach.

I am a nurse and my husband just works normal warehouse jobs, what city in florida would be affordable but still nice.

Ive lived in jacksonville before but it was in duval county and i was a teen so i don't remember much, im 31 years old now.

Advice, tips, anything welcome! Thanks!

How to find time to workout?

My son is 2, im still holding on to 20lbs of pregnancy weight (i had gained 60lbs) i honestly didn't do anything to lose the first 40lbs, once i stopped breastfeeding that weight just dropped on its own without workouts or dieting.

But i want to feel beautiful again. I have nobody to help watch my toddler so i can workout, i only work 2 days a week and im off for 5 days.

Any tips?

Anyone else nauseous if they dont eat enough?

I get nausea when i overeat, of course, but i don't know why i also get really nauseous when my stomach is too emtpy. Is this a normal symptom of gastroparesis?

Ive been diagnosed for a few years but i've never thought to ask about this.

When my stomach is completly empty i get so heavily nauseous and i need a small bite like one piece of toast to get it go away, i try not to take zofran too often because i get bad constipation.

Any one else get this symptom?

Pain management tips for DQ?

I had to cancel my surgery because my husband's job will not give him paid time off, only unpaid which we can't afford, and he needed to be off to care for our 2 year old while i recovered.

My doctor wants me to take 6 weeks off if i get the surgery, realistically how long do you think i my husband would need to take off to help me with our son?

I really need the surgery, i've already had 2 steroid shots and my doctor won't give me another one.

Tips? Advice? This pain is so bad

I've also noticed that lately wearing a brace makes my pain sooooo much worse so i can't use that anymore

Husband critisized what i feed our toddler

Am i wrong to be mad?

Our son is almost 2, i only work two days and my husband works five days thats how we alternate so either him or I are watching our toddler because we have no family help at all.

My annoyance is that my husband always judges what i feed our son, he has always been very picky and lately all he wants is nuggets, fries, toast w peabutter or avocado, oatmeal, yogurt, bananas, apples, pasta, meatballs.

My husband says im destroying our sons health and im going to regret it in the future,

But my husband does NOTHING to introduce my son to new foods, and trust i've exposed our son to a wide variety of foods and i always try to get him to eat whole foods and veggies.

My husband argues with me that im doing terrible and feeding our son crap, but hello he does nothing to help!

The days i work he will just feed him what i prep and makes zero effort or attempt to show our son different foods.

Am i wrong for being mad at my husband or is he right?

Positive surgery stories?

All i see on tik tok and a lot on here saying that the de quarvains release surgery took months and months to heal, and even some that failed.

Anyone have a great experience healing from this surgery?

Any eperiences taking care of a toddler while recovering from surgery?

Im scheduled for de quarvains surgery in July, and my son will also be turning 2 that month. The problem is my husband gets quickly overwhelmed and mad when he takes care of our son so im worried i wont have the help i need when im recovering, and its on my dominant hand.

My son still uses pull ups and cosleeps and loves to play.

Im also a nurse, and my doctor is only giving me 4 weeks off so im worried when it comes to placing IV's, drawing labs, and carrying the newborns (postpartum nurse)

Ya'll think 4 weeks is enough to return to work with what i do? And my husband will only be getting 2 weeks off work to help me.
