around the last week of September, i am planning on doing an re-take of a childhood episode of en and stimpy and the most voted episode, now i admit that i do not have the best ren hoek impression with my accent but can do an okay S2 impression of ren mix with Billy West in it. cannot say the same for stimpy, please if anyone can do a stimpy or a Larry (three stooges) impression, the episode i gonna re-take is “Rubber Nipple Salesman” , i do want other ren & stimpy fans to participate so if anyone wanna do the voice on the following characters “Stimpy, Mr Horse, Walrus, FireMan, Mr & Mrs Pipe.” please hit me up, i am gonna start an discord server soon although i do not have experience on discord but will try my absolute hardest on making the discord server good for anyone to enjoy!
i do have an issue on where to post the re-take of Rubber Nipple SalesMan since Viacom is a living nightmare with copyright strikes, if anyone knows where to post the re-take episode if the result gets taken down on YT would be appreciated! on my view i don’t see these as scary and more of “oh is this is gonna star this character!” but last night when my twin sisters watched an Disney cartoon on Disney+ they immediately scream and cried, ran to the living room since maybe there was a spider but nope they told me it was “goofy giving the death stare”, i did got a chuckle and honestly i feel bad for not taking The whole thing seriously so i wanna ask anyone who watched 1930s cartoons of Disney or looney tunes if the head shot were scary or not.
technically an indie film in Danish but not much in the English language which i shall get into later, Terkel I Knibe is the first fully 3D animation computer film (technically 14 animators) in Danish history, the idea of Terkel I Knibe came by an audio book of the same name which got popular by the time and Anders Mattehresn (creator of Terkel I Knibe) voiced the entire cast in the audiobook including the songs for the audiobook, shorty after the release of Terkel I Knibe, Anders got a small team to make a 88 3D computer film for the audiobook in 03 and the film would be completed and release in 04, almost every character in the film would be perform by Anders (expect for Rita and Terkel mum) and the songs would be produced and written by Anders.
the film in general can be a hit or miss for some it a dark and grim take on school tropes with Danish humor in it, a character name Doris commits suicide, Terkel little sister gets killed off screen, there a song about little children’s dying, yeah this film is something… even if folks dislikes this film due to its dark nature, i still think it a great history for Danish culture for creating this movie, history for indie films. the animation for the film may look unappealing but very impressive for 04 most characters have miss and you blink interacting and details that makes the characters more alive. for its English language, the U.K dub has many famous U.K comedians which from what i can tell was a flop and the America dub is something. if anyone is interested in this film in English, i will share a link for this piece of Danish history in indie animation.

wish i was born in the early 2000s for this, one of the favorite Christmas media based off flash cartoons with the special features on the winter break DVD being memorable and the composers during the transmissions did a absolute great time composing about roughly 30s seconds of jolly music. do find it odd how the episode “stealing the spotlight” isn’t in any volumes DVDs but is in this one but i highly recommend to get the dvd or enjoy the video i linked for anyone who haven’t heard of this media in htf history

hit or miss for me, most was a miss. i genuinely don’t know why most of the characters became rappers (looking at u yosemite sam) with dumb lyrics, these songs either made me wanted to change channel or suffering while making faces on the visuals (grilled cheese and funky skunk.), but it not all bad there are “okay” songs here, the Daffy Duck as a wizard song is the most memorable and honestly i love how it has a dark visual with quirky lyrics, queso bandito is also good yellow bird is in my opinion the best and funky skunk has maybe the most fitting lyrics for a character.
funny story but my mum banned me from watching this show because the moment my mum step into the living room she saw the grilled cheese song where it showing Elmer Fudd in the bed eating the grilled cheese. any funny stories for anyone with any of these merrie melodies songs?
this is one of the two HTF games on console (well used to be.) on the xbox 360 and steam, latter part got taken down after an year but stayaed in the xbox 360 store til the console lost support. now there’s an episode of the same name starting nutty which is an bonus feature on this game. now i never gotten to play this game but am very curious if anyone ever heard of this game, played it, knows the bonus episode or both!

i unironically became a fan of this series around 2018 due to a now lost video of those “how to make fnati unscary”, good ol times back then.
so i am a fan (used to be a BIG fan of these games back in 2017-2021) and throughout my time in the FNATI community, just wanna ask for the old and new (PICK UP THE PHONE BABY!) fans on this particular mascot, toon or suit from an fangame call "the smile". out of ALL the FNATI games (NBD, EOD, TLO, ABI and BTM etc.) this ONE character stands out, not in the best way but this creature is... something.
this is the episode in my entire existence where i rarely seen anyone talking about this episode, i really admired the direction that artist and painter “Bill Wray” put into the storyboard with the help of bob camp into this episode with the very disgustingly but beautiful paintings/close-up shots of Stimpy, those paintings in my opinion are up there with the spumco era of paintings, the shot with stimpy sleeping in ren bed with the tv taking up the shot with an peaceful KMP song in the background is an good laugh with ren expression. And speaking of expressions, these episode gave us an intimating look of ren having it and another look of stimpy looking dumbfounded. this episode is one of games animation under-looked episodes, one of my top 10s episodes in my ren and stimpy list!
papa bear, mama bear and junyer/junior (baby) bear. i do wanna confess that i can relate to junyer bear and as a result, i have an comfort zone with these cartoons. do think these cartoons can go over the top with the dark humor (for example, the ending of the bee/honey episode where papa bear eyes become all black.) but then again, these shorts can have the most enjoyable scenes such as the father song or the act to get known. whats everyone opinion and thoughts on these cartoons?
