Idk why it took me so long but it finally clicked and all I have to say is this sound is elite. At first I didn’t really want him to continue this direction but I get it now and I’d love for him to keep going with it and to hear more of it.

It’s kinda the same thing like when Carti started doing the baby voice people hated it, but if he didn’t keep doing it then look where we’d be now.

This goes beyond this sub but like unless someone says some pedo shit or something genuinely bad or something like that, there is no reason to hate them or be rude about it

It is okay for people to disagree with you. It is okay for people to have different beliefs than you. There is nothing wrong with being cringe. There is nothing wrong with being corny. Even if people are ragebaiting or being stubborn or stuck up, it still doesn’t call for hating on them you don’t know these people.

I seen this happen so many times, someone accidentally states an incorrect fact (literally just because they’re mistaken) and 30 people in the comments calling them a dumbass and being a prick. I’ve seen death threats over someone having a different opinion on an artist than them. There are worse things going on in your life and in the world than what Timmy-Turner-356 said about your favorite artist or the corny joke that he made

Yo you guys remember that one fake song that used that “narcissist” beat with that chopped up vocal sample, and they made a fake song out of it where put the thing with iggy saying “ because he’s a narcissist” and used a flex up demo for the vocals. I’m pretty new to how all this legal stuff works, so my question is if I were to remake that exact same beat and record my own vocals and make my own song out of it, would Carti’s team have legal right to take it down since it’s unreleased and just an unused beat?

Ps and Qs is the biggest example of this, like the beat on its own is literally the most garbage beat, no one back in 2016 would have thought that beat would make a hit if any other artist made it. But somehow Uzi heard it and said yknow what, let’s make an amazing song out of it and then actually did.

Another example is Silly Watch, that’s gotta be like the worst beat I ever heard, it sounds like someone’s first ever beat after opening FL studio for the first time. But somehow Uzi heard it and made a banger out of it, great song.

Hi Roller as well, no one else could rap on that beat. Even Money Longer tbh, I feel like every other artist back in 2016 would have heard that beat and turned it down and said it was trash, but Uzi heard it and made it amazing and made a hit song out of it.

All these songs turned out amazing and the beat and his voice on each of these songs compliment each other so well.

The one he played at the end where he was speaking British for the first half of it like it sounded like mephisto but didn’t?

I’ve listened to both pain and rascal 51 and I like them a lot. I often see people saying that his old music is better than his newer music, but what does his old music consist of? Just Pain and the older singles, or is there more than that off streaming that I’m missing?
