Red Book signed by RS Yeoman
I am familiar with the Red Book. Is it interesting that Mr. Yeoman signed it?

My local coin shoppe presently charges +2 for generic silver bullion and +5 for ASE silver. A regional “competitor” sells generic silver bullion for 15% over spot. Is ‘percentage over spot’ a common method of determining a premium?
