I need help identifying the exact color pencil set that I received as a gift in the early 2000s (around 2003-2004, don't remember exactly year)

These are the remnants from the color pencil set - Brand: Faber Castell

Made in Germany (my aunt bought this for me as a gift from her trip to Germany and other parts of Europe)

Year received: 2003-2004 (not sure)

Packaging details I vaguely remember:

> Came in a thin, bendy metal tin that was rectangular and rounded edge

> Top of the box had a drawing?/image of a cheetah/Leopard (not so sure, can't remember exactly)

> Bottom of the lid was silver and matte finish

> It was long and had a lot of pencils, I guess around 70+ pencils with unique shades, apart from normal ones

> The pencils were wooden, matte finish cover, was butter smooth, it would glide on paper and the pigment was also vivid.

> Pencils are hexagonal shape ( I guess?)

> The lid and the bottom where the pencil was stored was detachable as far as I remember. There was no hinge and opening/closing mechanism, afaik the lid came off.

> I know the pencils are old, but it had a matte finish outer body and it looked a little rustic. Not cheap or glossy.

The only thing that's written on the pencil (Germany, SV, water based varnish, Wasserlack, Faber Castell) is on the image I've attached. Nothing else is inscribed on the pencil on the other sides.

Would be really grateful if you could help me trace the pencil set!

Back in the late 2010s (around 2015-17 to be precise), I stumbled on this shampoo while buying my usual shampoo at the convenience store near my house and thought I'd give it a try, ever since then I was addicted to it.

It smelled so amazing, people would compliment my hair for smelling good 1-2 days after the wash; made my hair really smooth and soft. It was my go to shampoo for a few years!!

This was also right around the time when Katrina Kaif was appointed as the brand ambassador for Loreal and the 6 oil nourish shampoo was launched. I suddenly couldn't find the smooth intense shampoo anywhere anymore. One year later, it was completely discontinued.

I legit thought the smooth intense was rebranded as 6 oil nourish and tried it. But nope, it was not the same. I've tried the glycolic gloss and Hyaluron pure shampoos and other variants, NOTHING COMES CLOSE to how soft the Smooth intense made my hair feel and the amazing smell 🤩 it's just so nostalgic to my school days.

I wish they would relaunch it again or if it has been rebranded, is it available in India? Where can I get it? Any alternatived for this? Have y'all also used this variant of the Loreal shampoo before?

I placed an order on the 27th of May, one batch of the products were delivered on time.

But this specific product has been in the Bangalore warehouse since the order time and they keep slashing and extending the delivery date.

I've chatted with customer care, I've called customer support multiple times and asked them to cancel my order several times.

They keep saying the same fucking thing again and again!!!! (To the point where I can recite it back, it's memorized) There's some logistics issue, they're working on it, they'll deliver it on time, they've escalated it, they'll cancel it. It's been over 5 days since I've requested cancellation.

I called again today requesting a cancellation and was met with the same bullshit response that it will take time. I kept asking him how much time, how long, why can't you commit to a timeline - he kept saying "we'll do it on priority basis" and I asked for his senior manager, he made up some bullshit excuse that the senior manager is busy and can't come to the phone rn. We kept going in circles for 10 minutes and eventually I got tired.

I told him I'll escalate it to consumer court and that I'm never ordering from nykaa again and hung up.

I've been a loyal customer for almost a decade. I'm a nykaa prive platinum member because that's how much I trust them. I've never experienced a hassle like this before. But after this incident, their poor customer support and exorbitant pricing strategies, fuckall birthday gifts and freebies despite being a gold/platinum member for the past few years.

I've had issues before related to delivery, but they've always been resolved sooner than this time. They always say the same bullshit excuse and they don't put in a coupon or something to assuage the customer or as a gift for their delay. Obviously they don't care about retaining customers!!!

I'm shifting to either ordering directly from Sephora or Tira or just buying from physical stores. FUCK NYKAA! fuck your fuckall gifts and crusty freebies. Fuck this sleazy ass company!! I don't want this much stress over a product, i ain't ordering again! I'm done

I'm so excited! I know it's been available in Sephora. But rare beauty is finally coming to Nykaa soon! I hope slowly Rhode, Merit, Haus Labs products also become available in Nykaa. I'd love to try them out someday!

As an Indian mechanical pencil enthusiast, it's unfortunate that we don't get to experience majority of the new launches like some other countries do.

I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find the Tombow Mono graph lite pastel glass edition Mechanical pencils that were launched at the fag end of 2025. I can't find them on Amazon or Flipkart or any other stationery store or any place.

Has it not been launched in India yet? Any news regarding this?
