I tired both sizes in the Chelsea because am petite. I tried one smaller and one bigger and I left after hours I just don’t know !

How can I remove this ? I just tried shout wipe on hand wash in the machine and it didn’t move . It was not there when I took it to the dry cleaners so I don’t know what it is and what they did to it ? Any suggestions ? Maybe it’s a chemical reaction to whatever they used ?

I can’t decide if I should get a quartz or mechanical watch. I only tried the quartz. the price difference is not really that much more I noticed .
I only own and wear an Apple Watch. I wear it about everyday I leave the house .
