[homemade] pulled pork sliders with spicy bbq sauce
Used the instant pot to cook a pork tenderloin, then shredded and added some Stubbs spicy BBQ sauce. Slaw is mayo, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper whisked together and mixed shredded cabbage. An easy and delicious weeknight dinner!
