Is a 96 Accord Wagon a good daily?

I found one for $6k with ~130k miles but with immaculate service history and has been with one owner. I recently sold my TSX sportwagon for some extra cash and figured this would be a fun replacement while still having money left over. Obviously it won't have the comfort and all the bells and whistles of the Acura, but I just think they're so cool. I originally wanted one before my Acura.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thoughts on a 2004 XLS with 169k miles for $4.5k?

Its in overall pretty clean condition. Clean title. Good seller rating. I asked about the timing belt and the seller was unsure the last time it was replaced, so I could negociate the price down. I think it could be a great daily but wanted some other opinions.

Due to life changes and the rising cost of gas, I'm thinking about selling my 2012 Tech Sportwagon, white with tan interior. Hit 90k miles not too long ago, so I figured now would the best time to sell for something more economical. Has minor leather rips and windshield chips that I filled in. It also has a black adhesive strip thats bonded above the bumper where the hatch opens (I bought it that way). Other than that its in pretty good condition and runs smooth. No accidents and clean title. I changed out the trans fluid at around 75k miles and it has only needed regular synthetic oil changes. I also replaced the battery last year. Overall I've never had any issues with it. Its a California car so rust isn't a big concern.

Let me know what you think I can get for it.

UPDATE:

Thanks for everyone's input! I think I'm going to sell it bewtween $14-$15k.
