She reminds me of Al Bundy sometimes
The stain is just paint, btw.
Why isn't Brewster a rooster?
I don't know why this occurred to me tonight, years later. But why a pigeon? Rooster rhymes, roosters are associated with mornings like coffee. It just fits.
Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't change a single feather on this beautiful bird's head, he's one of my favorite characters. I think his mellow coos are delightful, and his designs look warm and inviting in a way that reflects not just in his character model, but the coffee cup logos and cookies as well.
At least this way we never get offered rooster milk I guess.
Proselytized to by the pump
I took a video, but I'm not sure how to upload to those and honestly don't want to subject anyone to the accompying squealing of the pump in the background, but that's fine.
Just the average bible belt experience, pumping gas at almost twice I was paying last year while an unskippable and unstable ad by a pastor preaches at me on the screen they embedded in the gas pump. They also have a buy 9 get 1 free on energy drinks sale. Life is surreal.
Awkward question about menstruation products with stage 3 thighs
I haven't had periods for a long time due to an IUD, but they're coming back as it reaches the end of its life-cycle, and I'm most likely going to switch to a form of BC that doesn't stop flow completely. However, the ones I've had so far have been extremely light. Definitely not enough to use tampons safely. But pads are impossible to use correctly because there's no more space left for them in between my thighs, it's ALL chub rub. So just walking or shifting rolls and shifts the pad out of place into a useless wad.
What options do I have? I've heard of period panties and diva cups but I have no experience with them since my birth control stopped me from having to worry for over a decade.
Spam WcGriddle
I got an electric griddle awhile back and it was the greatest $20 I've ever spent.

Drastically different from my normal tinnitus
I've had my typical tinnitus for decades now, it comes in a variety of frequencies but sounds similar to the "standard" sound you hear if you look up videos, just a constant single pitch ringing in either or both ears.
I'm also fairly sensitive to electricity, and can frequently hear florescents or old wiring behind walls.
Both of these are so commonplace I barely notice them, and really only do after a pitch change or brief reprive.
For a few weeks now, I've had something *different*. At first I thought it was external, somewhere in my neighborhood or home, maybe they were doing some work nearby. I only realized it was coming from me when it would follow me around and be on the same side of me no matter how i faced.
The best way I can describe it would be the sound of a transformer, but gently pulsing (not in time with my heart, quite a bit slower and gentler but very steady). It always happens only in my right ear, and it's something I can *feel*. I have a very full feeling in my ear and side of my neck when it happens, but it's intermittent.
I'm a little curious, since it's drastically different and I've never had physical sensation with tinnitus before, has anybody experienced a similar type?
