I have a Hume and 60% of the time it fails even with damp hands and feet. I just got a Withings Body Comp off FBM for $90 and it is very consistent and never fails on me. I want the scale with the handle for better metrics though so I'm considering either a Body Scan or a Body Fit. I guess if there won't be a noticeable difference I could stick with the Body Comp but I feel like I'll be selling the Hume on a 2nd hand marketplace.

Fitbit is losing its app just to be included in the Google Health app. Just seems like in a few more years there won't be a Fitbit at all. The presence is noticeably diminished.

I've been giving consideration to doing so. I already take all my cash back from credit cards and invest it in VOO and I've been thinking of doing that with my bank interest. I know it takes the chance to erode my savings in relation to inflation but it should technically grow it even more long term. Has anyone done this and how's it working out?

I got a Kindle Paperwhite 12th Generation Signature Edition for $164.99 base price from the sale.

$33 taken off due to the discontinued Kindle Keyboard so now $131.99.

$20 eBook credit which is money I would have spent on books anyway. $111.99

Sold my Kindle Paperwhite 11th Generation Signature Edition for $100 today so the final cost is $11.99. I doubt I could have bought a new battery for my previous Kindle for so low.

Not saying everyone should upgrade but it's a good time if you're in this boat and especially have somewhat recent Kindles as well as an older discontinued one.

On a positive note I can still trade in the Keyboard and get a 20% off discount later down the line on say a Colorsoft 2.
