Thinking of switching to a Q7 from a Pacifica

I love Audi's (I own a c7 a6 and a b9.5 a4) and my pacifica is at 150k miles and is kinda going to shit lmao. Are q7s similar in terms of practicality? Is it worth the switch? Are they reliable? My experiences with Mopar and the pacifica haven't been the best and its given me a lot of issues, but I know switching to a Q7 might be similar in terms of issues lol

Opinion: The Audi A/S8 should be considered one of the overall best Audi's of all time.

I should be more specific, for this argument ill refer to the D4 gen, since its my favorite. Its just.. a beautiful car. Exterior and interior. It was so ahead for its time; rear seat entertainment, a w12 engine in the a8, fully adjustable rear seats, and you got arguably close to Maybach level luxury, that was a lot cheaper iirc. (I believe a fully loaded '16 a8 was in the 120k usd range, and a maybach s600 from that year was in the 185k range).

The S8 is just pure beauty. You get a purring V8 that arguably is a complete sleeper, since you see the s8 and think "just another big ol' sedan-limo" but drive/sit in it and experience its full power and say "Holy shit". Again, you get most features from the a8 but in a sportier car. The technology was state-of-the-art for the time. Even now, it still can somewhat hold up (you just cant connect to the internet in pre-2017 ones iirc, since after 2016 they used 4g lte) since the navigation still works, but you can't use some features like online destinations and whatnot. But taking both the a8 and s8 technology from a 2010s standpoint, it was incredible, easy to use, and gave both the passenger and driver the luxury and experience as a full limousine. It's just.. beautiful. The pre-facelift 8's grew on me, but the facelift ones.. holy crap. The design is just amazing. Especially with the 5-spk rotors. That is a sexy car. Soft-close doors, massaging seats (i believe they were equipped with them), REAR heated and cooled seats, which reclined, and a full-seat entertainment system.. no wonder critics called this Audi's peak era.

I know some may say "Oh, the 7-series was just as good, your complimenting Audi too much!!" This is just my opinion.

Questions

How does the rs3 (im thinking newer gen so like 2021-2025 ish) hold up? Im a 5'11 male. Could I fit in the drivers seat comfortably? Is it practical? Fun? I assume its fun. Worth modding? Whats a good price for one thats in the 20-40k mileage range

Dirt bike guy

Do SPD know about the idiot with the ski mask who goes 50+ on a dirt bike throughout the entire town like every day? I assume they know, but he definitely does not pull over.

2017 Pacifica L -- my thoughts for those who care.

The car didn't have a lot of issues until later in its life. We bought it new in 2017. It was a nice car for the time, in my opinion. Especially with the rear screens that could have Netflix put on them with a Roku/Fire stick, games (that were crappy) and the ability to put USB movies on there. Nifty for the time.

The car was driven- not hard, but driven. I havent read the odo in a while but its in the mid-to-high 100k (miles). The Auto-Start-Stop is genuinely fucking terrible. I turn it off every time I get in the thing. Last autumn, we "broke down" on the side of the road on an offramp in Philly at a light. The A-S-S battery went kaput and since we forgot to turn it off, the car wouldnt turn back on. THIS IS A SAFETY RISK. Im considering a Lucid Gravity for my next family car, but not sure since my kids are moved out, and I have one now whos gonna be driving soon and off to college soon. The Pacifica fitted our needs for the time. It was driven to Florida, Chicago, South Carolina, Ontario, a few times (mainly Florida (4x) and SC (4x)) and was driven to work daily for most of its life.

The transmission has been giving us problems though. Theres a noticable jerk when shifting sometimes, not frequently, but sometimes, and it shakes the entire car. Annoying. The rear air duct/vent whatever also rattles on the rear pass. side, and it drives me nuts.

Sorry if this is sporadic; ive meant to make a post here for a while but got the chance to now.
