I'm starting to buy multiples of cakes I LOVE, and storing one away for further aging.
I was wondering what the best way of doing this is in a super basic way?
Should I keep them in the little satchels they come in? Or leave them open?

I live in a cool temperate climate. Moderate Winters, Hot Summers. Low Humidity (Southern Australia)

So I am evidently obsessed with tea. Whenever I have a friend over, I can't help but whip out the Gaiwan and introduce them to something new.

My dilemma is, I never know what to pick. I also seem to have a low strike rate for blowing someone away with a tea.
I'll give them a wonderful 2010 Shou Mei for example, and i'll get a review like "it tastes like tea"

So, my question fellow tea imbibers, what is your go-to introductory tea? Green? White? Oolong? Pu'er? etc...

It's starting to succumb to old age, and I was contemplating moving onto Pro Tools 12.

The only Pro Tools 12 I have *access* to is Windows-based.

I have a good Intel-based iMac sitting here doing nothing, how likely would I be to be able to run Pro Tools 12 efficiently in Bootcamp?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can't find any info about others doing this online.
