Good day! Anyone here having issues with transferring their Globe eSim to another phone? Their facebook CS is of no help at all. I tried going to their physical store for my QR (bc i lost mine and may have deleted the email bc it's been a year since I bough it) and they couldn't provide me a QR of it because i am a prepaid user only.
