Grab Food wrong dispatch
Yesterday, I ordered food for my family tas mali ang dumating. The order that came was wrong, the total value is more than what I ordered. I reported it on the app as wrong item and nirefund ako. So I assumed na tapos na ang issue and kakainin nalang namin ang dumating. After an hour.. biglang nagcall ang merchant sakin demanding that I should pay the full amount na dumating sakin. Eh fault naman nila to begin with. Tbh kung maayos lang makipagusap ang manager pagbibigyan ko, but the manager was aggressive. At that time sakto lang ang money ko sa gcash at yun nalang ang ibabalik ko sana, but even before I offered the option, the manager dropped the call while we are still arguing about their mistake. What should I do?
