I'm having a hard time typing myself even though I'm almost 100% sure I'm LIE, but I really wanted to see in practice how the type acts. I know fictional examples aren't perfect but it might be enough to help me out.

I tried looking on PDB but something tells me there's a lot of mistypes there... I'm still getting the hang of it, too many things to memorize, but just considering what I already know, so many characters typed as LIE there came off as Se leading types to me...

I know everybody has a different opinion because even though the theory is the same, people can have different interpretations about the actions of the same character but... how can thomas shelby not be a SLE ? wtf am I missing lol, anyways... I'd like some individual opinions. pls share with me some nice LIE characters! if you read until here, some ESI, SLI, LSI and LII characters are welcome too. tyvm

I know it doesn't work like that though, I think I'm a little confused by the differences between the external behavior of the type and the inner reasoning of it. I'd like to clear up some of my doubts here.

LIE's are usually described as active and restless, but in what sense? my family (all with high Si and Se) seems way more restless than I am. they can't see something messy without tidying it up. if I lived alone I'd probably be screwed. I'm just wondering, isn't every type supposed to seem active when they are performing their dominant function? in what areas of daily life does Te dominants appear active? I'm doubtful rn because even though LIE fits the most to me, I'm very distant from most common behaviors and stereotypes.

besides not being active or obsessed with getting random work to do, I'm actually quite shy. I can speak formally to people I'm not close to, even speak in front of a crowd if my script is clear, but I have a very hard time dealing with situations outside of my control in a social atmosphere. conflict is also something that makes me unstable. I don't know how to be assertive without being aggressive. I'm also very bad at perceiving when people are being mean to me so, since I don't want to seem choleric I just keep being friendly regardless of the situation. that hurts me a lot because I end up holding negative feelings and grudges. This seems to be an important aspect to analyze in socionics right?

My last doubts are, should I take into account what "society" defines as useful or what I find practical when defining Te? Also, how can I better differentiate Ti and Te?

Apesar de amar muito a matemática, meu sonho é fazer direito. Muitos dirão que eu estou indecisa mas na verdade estou muito certa disso, não entendo que pensa que só podemos ser "de humanas" ou "de exatas" sendo que nossa mente se adapta pra tudo que nos dedicamos a fazer. Dito isso, talvez eu tenha a chance de estudar direito (unicamente) no próximo ano, então teria que deixar a matemática pra depois... mas não queria desistir. Estou aberta a possibilidades, mas penso que ser defensora pública ou professora de direito serão boas opções pra mim, mas ambos envolvem concursos muito concorridos, então tenho medo de me dedicar muito e ainda assim não conseguir... Pelo que já pesquisei, devo passar de 4 a 10 anos estudando, no mínimo, pra ter uma chance de passar.

Gostaria de saber se funcionaria pois quero fazer uma licenciatura em matemática no futuro, pois (1) como pessoa autista, creio ser melhor eu ter opções de carreira flexíveis, pois nunca se sabe quando pessoas como nós podem se ferrar e perder os poucos benefícios que temos e (2) gosto muito de matemática e poder ensinar esse conteúdo é uma boa. Professores de matemática são escassos no Brasil, então é um ramo quase seguro. Outro detalhe importante é que eu não iria entrar na matemática "no seco" kkkk, estudarei por conta própria até terminar direito. No momento faço ciência da computação e já fechei algumas matérias de matemática e próximo semestre tem mais :D.

I get exhausted from going to college very easily, because the environment itself does not make me much comfortable (too many people, too much noise, lights and nowhere to rest). do you guys have any idea on how to not feel so much drained while going to college or how to get my energy restored quickly when I get comfortable again? :(

what makes you feel loved and how do you express it?

for me, quality time is top tier, and I really like "parallel play" sort of meetings, with each person doing their own thing but together, sometimes chatting and listening to music. I like to receive acts of service, but don't showcase my love like that too often because I get tired too easily, but I wish I did that more. also, I love making and choosing gifts more than I like receiving them lol
