Ich (31W) bin frisch mit Autismus diagnostiziert, ADHS schon länger. Ich möchte mir nun endlich Mal ein Paar Kopfhörer/Gehörschutz gönnen und finde mit meinen Anforderungen nur welche für Kinder ...

Muss: over-ear/Kapselkopfhörer, nicht elektrisch (also kein anc), ich muss noch mitbekommen was um mich herum passiert und Gespräche verstehen. Ich möchte auch normal reden können, ohne dass es sich komisch anfühlt

Hier bin ich bereit notfalls Abstriche zu machen: ich hätte sie gerne in pink oder sonstwie optisch ansprechend und bitte kein schwarz oder so und ich hätte gerne, dass sie aussehen wie ganz normale Kopfhörer. Ich finde unangenehm, wenn sie sehr nach Gehörschutz aussehen und möchte sie "tarnen" können.

Gibt es Produkte mit diesen Anforderungen, die euch einfallen und mit denen ihr zufrieden seid?

How do you know your sexuality?

I don't know how to ask this question so it makes sense, so please don't hesitate to ask follow up questions and I hopefully can make myself clearer. If you don't want the backstory you can skip to the last paragraph.

So, I'm a 31 year old cis woman and I always knew I kinda didn't fit in and that my brain worked kinda differently. I sought out an autism diagnosis about 7 years ago, but my therapist then said she doesn't see it and instead diagnosed me with ADHD.

The therapist I'm seeing now, a friend and an ex of mine all kept asking me to seek out another diagnosis, so here I am, in session two out of maybe 6 to see if I'm autistic after all.

What I know about myself is that I have extreme trouble understanding concepts and I need detailed explanations for most things.

I'm at a point where I'm questioning my sexuality and attraction. I just realised that I have no idea which parts of my sexuality are performative and which parts are real.

Example (potential TW): I learned that male attention equals I'm a worthy person, so in my youth and my young adult years I made everything sexual, kissed other women for attention, developed body dismorphia because missing male attention must mean I'm ugly, I slept with a myriad of people and performed various kinks. I also had relationships which I wanted in the beginning (I have since learned what limerance is), but I wanted to leave every relationship after a few months and also lost interest in sex a few months in. Now I also suffer from cptsd so it's hard to say where all this comes from, but it made me take a step back and think about what I want.

So, my question is: how do you know whether you're hetero, bi, gay, something in between? What does attraction feel like for you? I'm trying to explore this subject with my therapist but I feel like I'm still at the intro course while every one else is at an advanced level and I'm missing the basic vocabulary. For example, I cannot answer the question what gender I'm attracted to. I don't know? I always thought of myself as bi but when I asked her what attraction means she said people you're pulled towards. But I'm also pulled towards my friends and I don't want to sleep with them. She then used the example of an attractive person on the street. But in this case attractive just means pretty, right? Because no one sees a pretty person on the street and thinks "I'd like to sleep with them", do they?

So please, give me your most ELI5 explanations, I would be forever grateful.

I kinda narrowed down what kind of tank I'd like to have in the future. Now I'd like your advice:

• the tank will be 112 liters (29,5 gallons)

• 80cm long (31 inches)

• temperatures between 24-28 degrees Celsius (75,2-82,4 Fahrenheit)

• pH about 6,5/7

• hardness between 6-10 dH (soft to moderately soft, I'm really struggling to convert that, sorry)

• heavily planted

• ground will be sand

• will be stocked with peaceful shoaling fish

What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for an "eyecatcher fish":

• preferably bigger or at least no nano fish

• fine with not being kept in a group but instead as an individual or as a pair.

• As there will be tank mates, I don't want fish that'll be aggressive.

• upper and middle tank regions, no bottom dwellers

• Also, and this is where it gets hard - I'd like them to be pink. I know that's not really a thing, so red, coral, orange - everything is welcome, as long as it's colourful and the eye is drawn to it. The brighter, the better. Also the more unusual, the better.

Please recommend any fish that come to your mind that fit the criteria. The rarer the better - I love learning about new species, even if I won't stock them.
