can someone tell me if this is normal :(

both of my thighs and stomach are covered in SH scars that are about 6 months old. they are purple and raised and some are still tender when touched. would anyone be able to tell me if this is normal for them to still be like that and if they will ever fade, or if there is anything i can do to make them go away?
