Do I need to prune more or wait until the end of the season?

My hybrid tea rose Mr Lincoln has thicker leaves and actual blooms on one side. The other side doesn’t have any blooms and looks very leggy. I do see some new growth coming. What should I do if anything?

Feeling anxious has anyone have a weird GMA

Hello my baby was born at 31 +3 weeks he was 2.5 lbs. he is 3.5 months corrected but 5.5 months actual.
I am freaking out because we did a GMA assessment and he was absent fidgety. My pediatrician said she wasn’t worried he’s meeting milestones and is doing well.
However, worried about his future and whether he has cerebral palsy.
We are waiting on another GMA….

Abnormal GMA

Hi we recently got results that my child has an abnormal GMA. He is meeting his milestones for his actual age though and he’s been in occupational therapy currently. What should we be doing at this time? I’m worried

Conflicted whether I should return back to work full time or part time

I’m conflicted though because I had a preterm birth and was in the hospital/bed rest before baby was born. I want that time I missed.

We can finically afford either option though. My conflict comes from loss of income with part time vs missing out on my baby working full time

Conflicted about returning back to work full time vs part time after maternity leave

I would like to spend more time with my child by working part time.

However, financially full time work makes more sense.
We have assistance from family and we wouldn’t have to pay for daycare

I’m conflicted though because I had a preterm birth and was in the hospital/bed rest before baby was born.

Curious to see if your career became less of a priority following maternity leave.

I need a mental health break and had a pretty complicated pregnancy.

My employer is denying me additional time off & I feel stuck
