What is the least disruptive fidget toy?

So my brother says that his daughter/my niece’s new middle school counselor wants her to set a goal to go completely without fidgets this upcoming school year. This concerns us because my brother and I developed dermatillomania in our early adolescence in the 2000s in part from trying to go without fidgeting in class and are worried that history may repeat itself. The three of us have ADHD and she more than likely has anxiety disorders lurking in her DNA from both sides of her family. Rather than trying to force her to not fidget at all I was wondering what fidgets do y’all find the least distracting?

I really miss the fried bone-in chicken from the deli. Is there any HEB that still carries it?

I know that it’s a very long shot but I’m feeling nostalgic. I do see that some stores still make tenders and potato wedges so I figured it was worth asking.

If anyone here has bought this HCF mini grill have you had a good experience with it?

I’m looking for a grill to take camping and was wondering if the price is too good to be true.

What is the safest way to get rid of this paper wasp nest without using wasp spray?

Any direction I hit it with wasp spray will probably result in my potted herbs, the green anoles living in the spider plant, and/or the active barn swallow nest just under the ledge of my balcony also getting hit with at least some of it. When all the wasps are home there looks to be 7-10 of them so it’s growing fast. The other issue is that the sliding door to the balcony is in need of new wheels so opening and closing it is a loud and slow process and they are only about a foot and a half from the opening.

Sorry for the crappy photo. I couldn’t get my phone to focus on the nest instead of the spider plant.

Do people know that on rural roads they’re allowed to pass in the oncoming lane if the yellow center line is broken and they can see that it’s clear?

For the past few years I’ve been having more and more people tailgate me and not utilize the sections of road where the center line is broken or act like I’m some kind of maniac when I utilize those sections myself. I don’t mind pulling over to the shoulder for faster traffic but this often happens in areas where the shoulder doesn’t exist or is less than two feet wide so it’s really frustrating that these drivers aren’t just overtaking me when it’s allowed and safe.
