First scan measuring 2 days behind

Today I had my first scan at 6w3 days. The only symptoms I had was bloating and kind of sore boobs but they completely disappeared 2 days ago so I was going in a bit pessimistic.

History of natural miscarriage at 6w4d and then a blighted ovum at 6weeks from an IVF frozen transfer. Several failed transfers completely.

We transferred 2 fresh embryos and betas were;
10dpt- 160 (estrogen 1300, progesterone 160)
12dpt- 376

The scan today showed one small sac with what looked like a tiny grain of rice inside - a lot of scans I’ve seen in here at 6 weeks look so differently and more round?!
She said it was measuring at 6w1d and HR was 112

Give it to me straight. I’m just so used to loss at this point I don’t feel as excited as I thought since it’s a measuring a couple days behind already!

How is American Equity downtown as a place to work? Or other recs?

Currently at Principal Financial - pay, benefits, campus, on sight gym, etc are all great - however my department is getting eliminated. Considering applying with in but also open to a change!

I don’t know anyone personally that works at American Equity- anyone have any insight? What are pay/raises/bonuses like? Is it hybrid and any flexibility?

I’m in finance/accounting with over 10 years experience so looking at what other places in the area I should consider.

What was your levels and when did you stop PIO (if earlier than the typical 10weeks)

Since my fresh transfer I’ve been doing 1.5ml PIO and also 2mg estrace twice daily.

My results at 10DPT:
HCG: 160
Estrogen: 1,073
Progesterone: 183

This is my first “successful” first beta.
My clinic said if my progesterone is over 60 I can stop PIO if I want.. I’ve never heard of this?!
She said it also won’t hurt to stay on it for peace of mind.
What would you do?!

How reliable is this data? And does it mean anything?
For 3+ nights my sleeping heart rate and respiratory rate were high/outliers on my Apple Watch leading up to my first positive beta on 10dpt of 160!
This morning I wake up on 11dpt and both are back to smack dab in the middle of normal range. I’m slightly freaking out. And now I’m telling myself my breast soreness is also gone - which I’m sure is all related to PIO, but I can’t help but analyze.

Anyone else have this drop and still go one to have a successful doubling beta?
My prior two transfers were chemical and blighted ovum - both started with <20 first betas so this is the first time I had some hope
