What do you do when you are having a breakdown?

What do you do when something happens that makes you feel like it’s the end of the world, you can’t cope, all you can think about is harming yourself, you have awful anxiety, your nervous system is so fucked that you can’t eat, you’re nauseous and trembling for days, your chest and stomach hurts, you just feel like you’re dying. These bad of episodes don’t happen too often for me thankfully but I’m going through one and I don’t know what to do to feel better. :( What helps you when this happens?

Reid’s knee took longer to heal than Hotch getting stabbed 17 times

Watching season 5 and Hotch healed from all his stab wounds in one episode meanwhile it’s been months and Reid is still limping with the cane lol 🤣

Has anyone been diagnosed with CTEPH?

What were your symptoms? What was the process of being diagnosed? And what was treatment for it? I am waiting on a ct scan to see if I have leftover lung clots or scar tissue.

Still having PE symptoms 6 months later

I thought it was just post pulmonary embolism syndrome, but my shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, lightheadedness, and fatigue is worsening. I’m having chest pain too. My heart rate goes from 85 resting to 145 just walking. I’m getting winded just walking short distances. I went to the doctor and they referred me to a cardiologist. Ive been on Eliquis for 6 months. Is it possible I still have lung clots? Or possibly CTEPH? I am very stressed out and worried. What does treatment look like if there are lung clots still? Has this happened to anyone else?

What has helped you with fatigue?

I still have terrible fatigue 5 months post pulmonary embolism. It seemed to slowly get better but I feel like it’s gotten worse lately. I feel tired all day and then after being awake for 8 hours I feel miserably exhausted. Is there anything that helps with this? A supplement or something? I can’t stand this.

Still feel terrible 6 months post PE

How long did it take for you to feel normal after your PE? I’ve been struggling so much with fatigue, exercise intolerance, rapid heartbeat, and just feeling overall sick. I use up all my energy by 7pm and then start feeling incredibly tired, nauseous, and faint. It’s absolutely miserable and I just wish I felt normal again.

How do you deal with people triggering you?

How do you deal with people saying insensitive things to you that makes you want to regress? It’s hard to move forward and be healthy when you feel pressure to look a certain way from people. It just makes me want to isolate and go back to old ways.
