- Paper is now being submitted.

- Was initially supposed to be 3rd author but have been moved to 5th author due to circumstances outside my control.

- Applying to international MBA programs.

Questions:

1. Do MBA adcoms care about authorship order (3rd vs 5th)?

2. Is having a publication itself more important than the exact author position?

3. Has anyone from a life sciences/biotech background had a similar experience?

Would appreciate any insights from applicants, current students, or admissions consultants.

My dilemma is that if I push back or contest the authorship decision, it could sour my relationship with my boss, who is also likely to write one of my MBA recommendation letters.

I recently bought a Foxtale body washes from papapa. The cashback has been credited, but to withdraw the 50% cashback they're asking me to provide my PAN card details along with my UPI ID.

Has anyone else gone through this process? Is this standard KYC practice for cashback withdrawals, or should I be concerned about sharing my PAN details?

The cashback amount isn't huge, so I'm wondering if it's worth the risk. Would love to hear from people who have withdrawn their points before.
