Girdling roots dwarf lemon tree

Dwarf lemon that has been in pots its whole life, how do I handle this?

Currently in a large tub, at least 20 gallons

Bowling is a humiliation ritual

Very few people are good at it, and when they play it’s just showing off. For normal people it’s an exercise in how hard can you hurl a ball semi straight and do a walk of shame back to the group.

Honestly, what’s the point

I need to work, for my mental health and to afford to live. I was a stay at home with my first for 7.5 months and had to go back to work for my sanity and self esteem.

I have two beautiful daughters, 7 and 1.5. My husband and I both work at nonprofits and are paid well for what we do.

Between illnesses, injuries, family emergencies, and pets, we are constantly trying to figure out who can take time off and budgeting for disaster after disaster.

Both of my daughters and I need a combined 6,000 in dental care (with insurance, because dental insurance is a fucking scam).

My youngest has hand foot and mouth and my oldest’s encopresis and severe constipation has resurfaced.

I can’t do this. Why do I work full time if I can’t even afford basic health care and am constantly stressed out? I am feeling so depressed and stressed and it’s not new, this happens every other fucking month. In April it was roseola for my youngest and stomach pain in my oldest. I’m just so defeated.

Membrane came off of bone grant site 5 days post op

Had a tooth removed 5 days ago, badly infected. In antibiotics and they did a bone grant with membrane and stitches on top. The membrane felt loose and I called the dentist today and they scheduled me for two days out. Welp, the membrane is now gone.

They used sticky bone - is it going to come out? How bad is this? There aren’t emergency dentists in my area so the only thing I can do is wait for them to open tomorrow morning.

As I pulled into the driveway, I heard and saw large chunks of bark falling off this guy. It looks like a dead branch might be the culprit? Any help is appreciated! This is the largest tree in my yard and would take out a neighbors house if it fell, I need to be on top of it
