Anyone else feel underestimated because they look young at work

I’m 26F and recently became a line manager. I’ve always been told I look really young and have a soft voice and honestly I feel like it affects how people treat me at work

I don’t feel listened to sometimes and I feel like people don’t take me as seriously as they would someone older or more “authoritative.” Its frustrating because I know I’m capable at my job but I feel like being young-looking makes people subconsciously treat me younger too

I also don’t have a naturally loud or intimidating personality so sometimes I feel like people mistake calmness or softness for weakness or lack of confidence when that’s not the case at all

Has anyone else dealt with this as a younger manager? How did you gain respect and confidence without feeling like you had to completely change your personality?

Is it normal to get periods every 2.5 weeks that last 8–9 days?

26F and wondering if this is normal or something I should get checked out.

Since last year my periods are coming really close together — usually around 20/21 days after my last period finishes so it feels like im getting a period every 2.5 weeks or so.

They last about 8–9 days and the last 4 days are mostly dark brown

Has anyone else dealt with this? Did it end up being hormonal/stress-related or something that needed treatment?

Thank you in advance :)

I think I messed up standing lat pushdowns 😭 neck & shoulder pain for 6 days

Guys I did standing lat pushdowns for the first time 6 days ago and I definitely done them completely wrong 😭 My neck and both shoulders have had this constant dull ache/tension ever since. It’s uncomfortable to sleep too and I haven’t gone back to the gym because it still hurts. Tomorrow will be day 7.

I have tried using the massage machine, gently massaging.

What could I have done wrong? Has anyone else had this happen? When does it usually get better and what can I do to help myself recover faster? Stretching? Ice/heat? Rest? Starting to get worried

Do aries men come back after they are hurt or do they move on fast?

I was getting to know an Aries guy (10th April) and things ended badly. I am a Libra female.

Basically I told him I didn’t really want to carry things on because it started becoming obvious we weren’t that compatible and I know I can be a bit avoidant emotionally.

After that he sent me a really long paragraph saying I hurt him , saying some pretty harsh mean things and ended it with saying he’s done. We haven’t spoken since. The sudden character change was crazy. Very hurtful. I am also blocked

From an Aries perspective, when an Aries man says he’s done while emotional/hurt does he genuinely mean it most of the time? Or do they sometimes come back after cooling off?

And how do Aries usually move on after something like this? They seem like they move on fast externally but do they actually?
