How to make a decision of career ?
I am really confused about what to pursue in life at this point. I am 2 years into my tech career and in a slow to no growth environment and this environment is killing me. It makes me question tech (as I am weak in interviewing(DSA) and also with the quality of work I get I am confused if I am at par with the market now) which makes me quit tech but I have one thing clear for me that in future I would like to go into leadership positions maybe like a PM or something but I would like to stay in tech. So right now I'm thinking of giving CAT this year. Am I being too hasty to know if I am right for it. I am thinking of moving to PM roles as I don't like the idea of constant upskilling and staying in this state of restlessness and being so dumb in comparison to my friends(who are good in DSA and already made switches and earning 30+ lpa and enjoying life) Am I thinking the wrong way ?

Do you guys as Developers write code like from scratch or is there a specific template of code given to you which you follow and do the work or seniors help you with the code and logic ?
I am 2 years into my software developer career and I was curious to know that how do you guys write code working as a developer like companies follow some coding pattern in project as like there is code structure in which a project is written and senior generally give the juniors a code template upon which a junior upon the feature logic and what so ever the task he is assigned to do. I don't know what work is happening in other companies. Just needed a perspective how work is happening ? You can comment where you work and mention you experience.
How do I break into Product Manager as a career ?
I am a 2.5 years dev working in a slow growth environment and along with that I am not getting any interest in coding I may do it for the sake of it but genuinely no interest for the long term. I wanted to explore product management. Do I have to do an MBA for that ? If so please suggest colleges that help me break into Product Management ? If not how can I transition myself from Dev to product manager in upcoming years.

In this AI era is it wise to do MBA for switching from Tech ?
I am planning for an MBA from tier 1 colleges (top iims, xlri, fms, Top IIT's) for taking a product manager route via MBA so thinking that if it is a wise choice for me to go for it and have a switch in the field for work and better network.
Frontend Developement is dead ?
I have been listening to a lot of rants on the internet that frontend development is dead as the AI is able to generate a lot better UI's and someone says go for full stack n all as frontend is dead. What's the case ? I see People are still working in full time frontend roles in top PBC's like Razorpay, Airbnb and many more and here I am losing interest in software development as a whole due to AI.
Btw backend developers are also saying that backend is dead. I am so confused where to head now.
I am stuck in this low growth environment and getting bad work or is this the kind of work that we get in MNC's and from scratch work we get in startups ?
How are you guys tackling with CSS for making those next level beautiful UI's ?
I am a frontend developer with 2+ years of experience mostly working in Angular and know a bit about React. I have been working in an environment where I don't work with CSS. How do guys deal with CSS skills because without working on anything in tech the skills get stagnated ? How do you deal with it ?

Regarding CAT prep and switching from IT to management
I want to switch the IT field and move to leadership or PM roles in future, so thinking of starting CAT prep. I don't know what my profile is so here are the numbers
10th : 93% 12th : 91% UG : 83% Category : GEM
What would be my profile ?
I also have 28 months of work experience and want to target tier 1 colleges from this attempt so targeting 99%ile+.
Suggest me some good resources (online) as wouldn't be possible to attend offline due to the job.

How to choose career ? Tech or MBA ?
I am B.tech computer science grad from 2023 who is interested in tech but also the business side of things. While I was doing my B.Tech I was having a hard time with DSA n all but I was always feeling behind everyone else. Cut to the placement year I secured a 7LPA job at an MNC which didn't convert the internship of our batch due to covid. Till that time also I was doing DSA but having a super hard time solving Leetcode problems I used to read solutions and apply them. But somehow I kept going. Then after six months of finding job I landed at a gov org with private contract and I was learning Angular but I was also benched there for 1year then I started getting slow low level work in Angular and also there were period of stagnation and I was also trying for interview but not getting any calls. I come from a lower middle class background so I gave up the dream of pursuing an MBA and also I thought that maybe I didn't give a full try to things once again. Cut to the point I am nearly 2.5 years of experience and still there. Now I am just losing my patience to all this learning and adapting to things in tech prepping for Interviews every time I sit for a job change n all. This is the worst thing I hate about tech. Prepping for an interview so hard before landing a job and every time I had to make a switch from a bad company or for growth. I couldn't make a decision because of money and financial background. So I just wanted genuine advice here. That could help me get to the next step and get out of this loop.
Reached 50k trophies 🏆🔥
Finally reached 50k trophies on Brawl Stars not getting good teammates and mostly playing solo I was able to reach this milestone. I don't get much time to play n grind but I managed to reach it while playing it in my free time. I am glad for it 😊
Are online degrees worth it ??
I have seen many people pursuing online degrees be it MS, MBA etc from these branded universities/colleges that have launched their courses online. I just need to know the perspective why some people say that online degrees have value wholesome say regular classroom courses are the ones that carry most value.
