I’m currently in mediation and I feel like my stbxh is being a petulant child and really dragging this out. What are the odds of this going to court? How many of you have ended up in court after mediation? If so, what was the process like?

How long is considered the “normal” amount of time to wait before dating? How long did you wait? Did anyone give you a hard time?

My husband has been becoming increasingly controlling over the last few years and recently, he thought he found a Reddit post that was mine. It was describing pretty graphic situation (including penetration, orgasming, etc.). He called my mom and read it to her word for word, telling her that he knew for a fact that it was me and someone that she knew. According to her, she didn’t want him to keep reading but he insisted. I know he read her the entire thing because she told me how it ended. I don’t want to describe too much because I don’t know if he will see this, but I’m incredibly uncomfortable knowing that he would read something so explicit to my mother-a woman who was just let out of months-long assisted living for having health complications after multiple surgeries. I’m not sure who else he’s read this to, and I’m honestly not sure if I’m overreacting or if this is really as perverse as I think it is. How would you proceed? Thanks in advance!
