Which planet governs visa acceptance and success?

Hi there. I've been wondering about traditional rulership regarding visas: which planet governs visa acceptance and success?

Saturn rules the gatekeeper and denial.

Jupiter rules foreign travel and expansion.

Mercury rules the application and interview.

In your practice or reading, which holds the stronger claim over the outcome itself and why?

Is the faint joy during metta actually piti/sukkha or just ordinary pleasantness?

Hi. As a beginner I've been practicing with metta directed toward myself using the classic phrases. I had no idea it would lead to actual unsolicited joy. During the sit, I notice a slight, faint feeling of joy or warmth arising. This feeling was nonexistent during the first few sits but I notice it now. It's pleasant, but it's not overwhelmingly, more like a gentle, subtle uplift. During one session which was the peak of this feeling, it felt physically difficult to escape out of it.

My question is: would this be classified as a weak grade of pīti/sukkha, or is it simply ordinary calm and pleasantness that hasn't yet matured into the actual jhāna factors? I wouldn't call it just mere calm of Upekkha. It definitely was happiness in the heart center.

I've read that the commentaries describe five grades of piti, from faint to full body rapture.

I do not exactly know how to physically detect the rise of piti-sukkha because that never happened with breath meditation to me. With metta though, the joy rises almost immediately now.

Does a slight, almost smile-like warmth during metta towards yourself fall into the lower end of that spectrum (e.g., khuddaka or khaṇika piti), or am I just experience the raw piti-sukkha?

I'd appreciate any insight from those practical experience of metta, distinguishing preliminary pleasantness from the actual factors.

When will she get a feedback regarding the outcome of her application?

I met this person on a public WhatsApp group for prospective international students for a specific university abroad. Neither of us are from the same country.

The person is waiting to hear back regarding the successful outcome of her application which ideally should have been released in 30 working days but has not as that time has passed. The outcome declares, whether they're successfully admitted or not. The online entry test has been successfully passed but now the next and final step of the process, as far as the admission letter is concerned, is having her bachelors credentials evaluated by the university.

Chart casted on 25th of June.

Assuming she = 1st house and the university = radical 9th, the chart is radical. Sun signifies her, Mars the university, and Moon the timer. There is no direct applying aspect between Sun and Mars, so the Moon carries the action. The Moon, though in fall, eventually applies to oppose Mars, suggesting feedback does come, but only after delay or with complications.

It is now 18 July, and there has been no feedback or admission decision yet received by any of the applicants from that program despite having emailed them multiple times to no avail i.e a direct answer.

I do not know how to calculate time :(

When will the university provide an update on her qualifications for the selected program?

I asked about someone else's application on 25th of June, so I believe the correct significators are: me = 1st (Sun), her = 7th (Saturn), and her university = turned 9th from the 7th (radical 3rd, Venus - Libra). Significators are Saturn (her) and Venus (university). The next update on the application is the FINAL decision.

The Moon is at 10Scorpio, Saturn at 13 Aries, and Venus at 13 Leo, with an applying trine of about 0°23′ between Venus and Saturn.

It is now 16 July, and there has been no feedback or admission decision yet received by any of the applicants from that program despite having emailed them multiple times to no avail i.e a direct answer. Her position in Aries Saturn shows that she feels completely powerless and at the mercy of the university (Saturn in Aries).

I do not know how to calculate time :(

How long does Unimi (Milano uni) take to release admission letters for masters applications?

Most Italian unis have already done this so why is Milano demonstrably taking such a long time to announce their decisions for most of their programs? Just how exactly complicated is their admission decision process?

I have secured admission letters from 4 different programs and I'm still waiting up for Milano to release theirs.

When will I get feedback on my credentials?

Update: I got in.

Last month, I sat a remote entry test for my chosen program at a university I really wish to be in but I haven't heard anything since regarding the outcome of my decision.

The next step is a direct acceptance or rejection and they're taking an insane amount of time to do this. Most likely due to poor administrative processes and protocols. Do note that rejection is not possible as rejection letters are rather promptly received which I haven't thus far.

H9 is my chosen house. Chart is radical, the matter is delayed rather than denied, and the application still appears active. Saturn (L1) and Mercury (L9) do not directly apply, but the Moon is not void and there seems to be future movement, suggesting a delayed response rather than a final rejection.
However, I do not know how to interpret the time based on the rules of the 'units of time' thing to answer this myself.

The main question is timing. Is the matter still active, when am I likely to hear back, and does the chart suggest I should proactively contact the university?

Chart was casted on 2nd June and no decision thus far.

Will I have an interview for THIS program with THIS university?

https://preview.redd.it/hugkr4l5vl4h1.png?width=526&format=png&auto=webp&s=766d95a90f679e787a9a16e8e5cfa8a6ce3637da

Around two weeks ago I sat a remote entry test for my chosen program at a university I really wish to be in. I was told it would take around this time to update us on the status of our application but nothing so far.

The next step is either an interview or a direct acceptance/rejection.

I'd assume that university admission interviews are different than job interviews as this query deals with the house of higher education which is a university in a foreign country. My profile isn't the best but I made it thus far and I did well on my test, nearly 85% accuracy which is why an interview is highly likely but not before an official email announcement. H9 is my chosen house.

The chart is fit for judgment, with a strong Mercury representing the applicant and a weak Saturn representing the university, suggesting delays on the institution's side rather than an outright rejection.

While there is no direct aspect between the significator planets, the Moon remains active and Mercury eventually squares Saturn, indicating future contact through an obstacle or additional step. Saturn in its fall also indicates administrative issues which we guessed when it took them 2 hours to start the test. A mutual reception (of terms) between the two significators is also present. This indication is promissing, and says this is not a rejection, and there is some interest between you two. Also Moon is applying to opposition of the Sun, which is L4, the end of the situation. I cannot derive the time from the chart tho.

Does the Italian Consulate accept tests other than IELTs academic for granting the study visa?

I took a free Pearson Versant English proficiency test and scored at the C1 (Native) level, and I can provide proof of this. I have been accepted to two Italian universities for my master’s program this year, but I have heard that the Italian Consulate rejects many visa applications, citing the lack of an English proficiency certificate as the main reason. People have told me that the Italian Consulate prefers IELTS and does not consider other, tests that assess English skills, such as Pearson or TOEFL.

Is this true? Can I take a printout of my Pearson test to the Consulate to request an eligibility check?

After submitting my application for an online review, I received an email mentioning a 'deficiency' within my documents; the PEC card. After graduation years ago, I never found a job within the country, let alone an engineering job and I have been working remotely with a client and so the card was never had.

I've discussed this with a friend and he told me that engineering graduates do *not* need the PEC card for HEC degree attestation. How do I protest this obstacle? Can I call or physically attend their office to request the attestation without the card?

Hi. I am a 27yo native English speaker (male) looking for a language exchange partner in the Italian language. I am currently around A1 Italian and I feel I can benefit from a friendly exchange before I lose interest in it, hopefully not.

I am open to doing it via text, voice notes, or even voice calls on discord or Instagram, or whatever we decide upon.

DM if you're interested.
