Having lived in Vancouver all my life, I (f early 40s) like many others find it a challenge to meet new people and build genuine, platonic friendship especially as we get older.

I strongly believe everyone deserves a chance to vent, to be heard and have a friend or 2 who'd be there to support them through highs and lows. Life can feel a little easier when you have a friend or 2 you can count on

I would love to connect with others who are also wanting to gain new friendships. Whether it ends up being a friendship for a season or, ideally, one that lasts a lifetime, I’m open to seeing where a genuine connection takes us. Because realistically, life is too short. Hello! Like the heading states, "What is the best brand of frozen Shepherd's pie you have found in Vancouver city and at which store(s)?" So I'm curious to hear where I can find those that are made with real potatoes, with a good amount of ground beef, carrots, corn and peas.

Edited to add: I'm not looking for cottage cheese pie. I'm looking for a store brand in the frozen isle.

So i was at Costco in Vancouver today and noticed the stuffed seafood salmon now comes in a square aluminum and clear lid container, no longer rectangular. And the salmon pieces are smaller too. I loved eating the thinner side as it's usually more tender/ soft so why did they get rid of it?

Unfortunately I didnt think about snapping a photo of it until now when I'm home.

Are all Costco's in Canada doing this too??

Im curious to know what everyones habits are.

We all know that fecal matters sprays into the air after each flush so I wonder why the towel racks are always installed right next to the toilet.
