Applied for a sales job and ending up getting a contingent offer for flooring, had my in store meeting set for today. In the email it literally said "no more interviews" and I thought I was basically just going to be doing paperwork, passing a background check (which I would have passed) and setting availability. When I got there I was instead interrogated for 15 minutes by some manager and got told they won't be hiring me, never even got a background check or given any paperwork. When I told the manager I was confused because I was told there won't be any more interviews and I had a contingent offer he just basically said "well i can interview you if i want and i dont want to hire you". I don't feel as if my interview was bad either so im very confused by this and the hours I said I'd work were very open
