x.comDone 5 or so of the 50 lappers so far in preparation for the 500 and at this point I dont even know if im gonna bother doing the 500 this weekend. It's legitimately the most unenjoyable car I've raced. Every race i've done has ended up being a spaced out single file draft train, it's so unbelievably boring. The only way to pass is by being significantly faster than someone, being an ass on restarts or hoping someone makes a huge mistake. The dirty air is outrageously awful and the hybrid system makes racing so much worse I wish iracing kept finding excuses to not add it. I didn't do the 500 last year but I did some of the 50 lappers and it was so much more fun than the current product theyve pushed out
Got wrecked into pits, ended up with 4 different penalties for being the victim of a wreck at no fault of my own. It's honestly insane they still haven't fixed them after all these years, if the wreck doesn't end your race the penalties you get from getting wrecked will.
