Potential Acquisitions

Any input on if the recent $3B offering will be put towards acquisitions?

If so, what do you guys think of this list:

$BKSY ~$1.68B — best fit, right size, existing relationship

$SPIR ~$686M — cheapest, fills ground/data gap, distressed enough to be motivated

$SATL ~$1.39B — EO data layer, beaten-down valuation

$RDW ~$2.94B — best hardware fit, but losses are a problem

I currently hold two of them, and wondering if I should add to them or shotgun them all. 😆

Boswellia Popoviana

This big "doggy" stick is finally starting to look more like a tree with it's leaves coming through... 😂

I was just checking on these Delonix Pumila, and thought how beautiful the leaves and branches were in this lighting. Gorgeous plants, IMO.

Delonix pumila, commonly known as the Dwarf Flamboyant or Madagascar Miniature Delonix, is a slow-growing, rare, and deciduous caudiciform tree endemic to the dry limestone forests of southwestern Madagascar. Reaching only 1–3 meters in height, this dwarf species develops a thick, swollen woody trunk (caudex) and oddly contorted branches, making it a highly prized specimen for bonsai, succulent collectors, and xeric landscaping. During its active season, it features delicate, feathery bipinnate foliage and large night-opening white to butter-yellow flowers with long, dark, protruding stamens and narrow, crinkled petals, providing a stark, compact contrast to its larger relative, the Royal Poinciana (D. regia). It thrives in bright, full sun with well-draining soil, requiring low to moderate watering as it is drought-tolerant and deciduous during dry periods.

When you actually SEE dark scale bugs on your plants, it's probably already infested. If you start to see clear, sticky sap on your leaves; but don't "see" anything there... it's because the scales are still young.

See the photos and get em before your plants get infested!

Plant: Erythrophysa Paniculata
