I just purchased the KBGV and it arrived today. Upon opening, the heating plate had two large chunks missing of chipped paint. Overall, the pieces seem to feel flimsy and as if they won’t last long. The glass on the pot also seems very thin and breakable.

I bought it during the recent prime day sale and am wondering if this is normal or there are cheaper variations out there. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I need to return this item as the heating plate is chipped but am not sure if I should exchange or return and move on to something else.

Looking to buy my parents a trail cam for use in their backyard for wild life. Roughly 250 ft of clear grass and then wooded area behind. Looking for something connects to WiFi and has solar.

Any ideas are appreciated!
