Neues Video von Big Daddy Crypto gesehen?

Hallo zusammen,

wer schon seit ca. 2023 dabei ist, dem ist Big Daddy Crypto ein Begriff im deutschen Youtube Krypto-Space.
Er hat nach über einem Jahr vor 5 Tagen ein Update Video herausgebracht.

Leider ist die Kommentarfunktion deaktiviert und im Video selbst sagt er am Ende "schreibt es in die Kommentare". Mich würde brennend interessieren, wie die ersten Kommentare liefen und wieso die Funktion nun ausgestellt ist.

Hat jemand das Video früher entdeckt?

All is reasonable to me.

1st feels like a gamble to get a good damage card early.
2nd will dictate my next card choices
3rd fells like the safest?

EDIT: THANKS all for the qucik response. Im picking 3rd. I didnt even think about the extra damage from unleash.

Auszug und Wohnung unrenoviert bekommen

Hallo zusammen,

ich ziehe nach knapp 13 Jahren aus meiner Mietwohnung aus und bin unsicher, was ich beim Auszug tatsächlich renovieren muss.

Im Übergabeprotokoll von damals ist ausdrücklich angekreuzt und handschriftlich vermerkt, dass die Wohnung unrenoviert übernommen wurde. Gleichzeitig steht im Mietvertrag aber der Satz:

„Die Wohnung wird renoviert übergeben und ist als solche renoviert zurückzugeben.“

Außerdem gibt es im Übergabeprotokoll einen Passus, dass die Wände bei Auszug in weißer Qualitätsfarbe zu streichen seien.

Meine aktuelle Sichtweise wäre: • farbig gestrichene Wände wieder weiß streichen • Dübellöcher verschließen • Wohnung besenrein übergeben

Ich sehe aber nicht unbedingt ein, die komplette Wohnung neu zu streichen, da sie laut Übergabeprotokoll unrenoviert übernommen wurde.

Hat jemand einen ähnlichen Fall gehabt? Wie ist das bei euch ausgegangen? Hat der Vermieter die Kaution einbehalten oder wurde die unrenovierte Übergabe berücksichtigt?

Ich möchte auf jeden Fall eine friedliche Lösung erzielen!

First japan visit

Hello people,

I think this will be the million post about first trip to japan but here we go.

My girlfriend booked a flight for my birthday next year for march 1st. We are most likely travel until 20th.
So 1st and 20th will be "travelling days" for getting there.

I took the whole weekend to think of a trip I want to go. I'm a big big one piece fan and wanted to go to kumamoto but with time and geographic place of the city in mind, I decided not to go there.

My plan is followed:

Tokyo (6 days), Fujikawaguchiko (2 days), Kyoto (5 days), Nara (1day/day trip), Osaka (3 days)

I think this will be a classic first time visit japan route(?).

To people who visited: Is this a good route? Did I miss something? Well obviously but we have no time to visit everything.

Are there MUST visits/places to see?
Do you have recommendations for stayings? Or where not to go?

Im open for every little advice :)

Note: Fukiawaguchiko will be our onsen, ryokan, fuji experience.

Please GSL do it. Groups are online now so switch to Bo5. We had so many 2:1’s in the second stage, it would only be fair to the players. Revenue can’t be an argument now. I think everyone would be done for it. Fans and even players I think?

Would there be any downside?
