Look, Fidium is a good internet provider; don’t get me wrong. But dang, it’s like whenever there’s an outage they love to scurry away and not take any responsibility on any of it.
From the lack of customer service (looking at you, AI assistant that hung up on me because their “wait times are higher than normal. Goodbye.”). To the absolute poor user experience by not even having the dang outage map be available on their site. Having us to use 3rd party means (Down Detector) to figure this out.
So to Fidium Fiber: Please, do better.
